We are Hilton Grand Vacation owners. Due to Covid, we hadn’t traveled at all in the last 2 years. On the spur of the moment we decided to take a short trip, and luckily there were 4 nights available in Myrtle Beach, at Anderson Ocean Club and Spa. There were several negative reviews, but we thought since we probably wouldn’t be in our room that much anyway, decided to go for it. Much to our surprise, our one bedroom oceanfront condo type accommodations were wonderful. First of all, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed was provided immediately. The condo was very large, clean and updated. The bed was so comfy I hadn’t slept that well in years. All to say, don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. This was our first time staying here & it was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, pools & easy access to the beach. Minutes from everything. They have a mini golf & awesome restaurant across the street, Magnolias on 26th I believe. They have a coffee bar inside & tiki bar by the pool. Hector was very nice to check us in super late in the night & he text & checked on us throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful! Overall it was a great experience & we will be back! Thank you 🍹🏖❤️

Loved how close this was to the beach … also had beautiful views of the ocean. I wish that the hotel had a restaurant, but there were plenty within walking distance. We valeted, but it was not necessary since the garage is just one block. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is a fabulous deal. Quiet area just minutes away from central MB. Well maintained beach, pool, lazy river, and hot tubs. Lots of space in unit. Washer & dryer. Clean. Comfortable. Free movies available. Staff friendly and efficient. Free perks include parking in secure garage, mini golf, and one day at go cart course. Discounts at restaurants

This is a really nice resort, what you should expect from HGVC. Every member of the staff is welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping service is top notch. We stayed in a Studio and it was beyond what we expected. King bed, huge TV, fully equipped kitchen with LG appliances, and a washer and dryer! Only a couple negatives. Parking is a block away in a pain in the ass garage, apparently typical for MB. The resort has four pools, one indoor and heated, but none is big enough for swimming laps. They basically have four kiddie pools. MB is really a tourist dump but if you want to visit, this is a good bet.

Stayed for 1 night at the end of March during a road trip from Canada to Florida. Stayed in an oceanfront room (209). Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The ocean view was amazing. Easy access to the beach. We didn’t get to experience much else as we arrived later in the evening and checked out the next morning. We did eat at Magnolia’s across the street and did their breakfast buffet. It is very basic and nothing fancy. But it was easy so it hit the spot. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach and wanting to be right on the beach.

We had an amazing time in Myrtle Beach. The resort truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. Leah, front desk agent was amazing. When we had and issue, she was right on it. She contacted David Rice and Rick Steeple in maintenance and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. They exceeded our every expectation. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this resort for your stay in Myrtle Beach!

The unit was very comfortable with gorgeous views of the ocean from three different balconies. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Offering more serving bowls would have been nice. There were many restaurants to walk to nearby. I don't think there are enough luggage carts. There were none available for my departure. The desk staff stated all the carts were taken the night before. This has never been an issue at any other resort I have stayed. We also didn't leave until 10:00 and were the only ones leaving at that time. So again, where are the carts?

Totally updated unit with full kitchen and 2 big bedrooms all with a view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Just walk out of the resort onto the beach. My wife came home with about 50 thousand seashells.:) Highly recommend

Booked through RCI and everything was great at check-in. Place was beautiful and had a two bedroom that was very clean. Monday morning we were awake at 745 am by construction in the room above us. First day I let it slide and never said anything. Tuesday woke up with the same issue so I called the front desk and was told all they could do was move us to the other side but there was no guarantee it would be any different because they are doing major renovations. So to get out of the room we decided to walk around and go to the bar only to find out it’s not open or the spa because of renovations. So all I’m going to say is don’t book here until MARCH because every single floor is being renovated and nothing is open. Management was no help and nothing is located on the RCI page about any work being done here. Also parking for this place is two blocks away so wear your walking shoes!…
