The decor is a little dated, the fan in the bathroom was super loud and the air conditioner did not cool as well. They did not offer complimentary breakfast which I think should be offered the parking lot is not configured well and we were there during the motorcycle Memorial Day weekend event.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was happy that they allowed pets. It was very quiet. My only complaint is the bottom of the bathroom door was dirty It looked like it had water damage and the bathtub was old and rusty

Everything was great except the first 2 nights were horrible the air conditioning was not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The staff was excellent! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! It was everything we needed and close to everything.

Hotel was clean I was able to check in early. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and always had a smile. Anything you needed they were very helpful and pleasant. Lots of things to do and many places to eat. Not far from airport.

I’m a very easy person to please, but my room was clean, had what I needed and accommodations were solid. The pool and spa area were both clean and people at the front desk were friendly. Total win for somebody who travels a lot and has had dumps.

This hotel is in need of serious upgrade. First thing we noticed is that the room itself had a musty odor to it. You can smell it upon entering the room and if you stand close to the air conditioner when it’s running. The toilet seat had a chunk missing from the actual seat. The sink had mold growing under the rim. The bed is uncomfortable. The mattress is fairly hard. There was a shower grate standing up in the shower when we got there. I guess it is supposed to go over the drain. The couch is broken down and uncomfortable. We did not eat breakfast there, as we ate out the two days we were there. The hotel does have installed in the shower bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I was impressed that the the towels were actually soft, unlike most hotel towels. The room does have a small fridge and microwave and a little coffee station. I wasn’t impressed overall.…

Great location, great staff and very nice hotel. Stayed here multiple times on business. Can't go wrong at this Courtyard. I wouldn't continue to stay here if the hotel staff and facilities weren't spot on.

Baby roaches in our bathroom, broken bed, dirty room and smell of pot in lobby and elevators. Front desk clerk was rude upon our arrival as well. We departed the next morning and asked for our points and $ for the upcoming days to be refunded. Dave helped us and he was GREAT! He was the only bright spot in our visit. We finally got our points back after physically going up there again, but we did not get our $ back or our 25k points we should have received in lieu of the money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Oh my, I hate writing bad reviews! Especially now with Covid standards, but this place needs a makeover! Hotel staff friendly, especially the Bistro employees! But hotel needs a huge renovation, especially the grounds! As I walked around hotel with dog, I noticed these things on grounds, YES, I do believe it’s a used condom!😖
