We had an amazing stay. The cleanliness and beautiful gardens contirbuted to our expierence of the Garden route. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared, with finesse and elegant finishing touches. The hospitality we experienced ws great. We even extended our stay. Tersia is someone to be proud of and an asset to the owners. We wish to thank her for making our stay unbelievable. We really loved it here. We were actually the only guests. (very start of the season) Room was spotless and everything one could wish for was in the room.
Not sure I like the idea of choosing my breakfast the night before, however it was nice the next morning. We personally prefer a buffet breakfast,
Also excellent restaurant recommendation the restaurant collected and dropped off with a shuttle bus. Not possible to walk any where from this location.

We again experienced Tertia and her team's welcoming and caring hospitality. The breakfasts were amazing and the stay was very comfortable even in mid winter. I already look forward to our next visit in this true paradise! Although this was a business trip we could easily stay here for many more days and explore the Garden Route.

Went to this amazing establishment for a solo breakaway and wow...was it worth it. Attention to detail...peace and quiet...very attentive staff...most amazing view from my cottage. Generous and beautifully presented breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Paradise Cove for any romantic getaway or just a little rejuvenation of the soul. Well done Tersia...you have created a real gem.

My husband and I spent a week here with our adult son. The location of Paradise cove proved to be excellent for us. Good access to Wilderness for a lovely walk round the lake, and a delicious lunch at Pomodora. A visit to the Sedgefield market on a Saturday morning and 2 rounds of golf. George itself is not far away, so we had some lovely meals at The Old Townhouse and La Campanina. The Mall is close by so we fitted in a movie. And Saasveld was close enough for our son to get to. Add to this the 5* breakfasts and very helpful management. Thanks Tersia for a lovely stay

Paradise Cove is quite exceptional. It comprises 4 guest rooms each with its own personal patio looking over the lawn.
The dining room is a two minute walk and guests have the option of sitting indoors or outside on a patio.
Given its upmarket style, it was probably the most expensive of the six B&Bs that we stayed at, but it was unquestionably well worth it.
I am pleased to write that I won bonus points with my wife for the selection of this B&B. I think she thought that she had died and gone to heaven or that I had secretly won the lottery.

It is situated on a hill above Wilderness. The garden is immaculate and the furnishing of the rooms and the stand-alone breakfast room and patio is extremely tastefully done.

There is a very modern shopping centre about a mile down the road toward George which is certainly equal to or better than many that we have in Toronto.

The attention to detail in all respects was in a class of its own.
It is not an easy place to find, so be sure to bring instructions as to how to get there. I forgot and, as a result, we wasted 30+ minutes driving up and down the main road trying to find it
- even the local taxi/cab driver didn't know where it was.

Another word of caution: there are two speed radar cameras on the main highway between Paradise Cove and Wilderness. Since Wilderness has some very good restaurants, it would be a pity to spoil the day with a speeding ticket.

Be aware that the manager of the guesthouse has a dog. It is friendly, so unless you have a strong adversion to pets, this shouldn't be an issue.
I wouldn't recommend Paradise Cove for families with children under 14, unless they are exceptionally well behaved (do such creatures exist anymore?)

This guesthouse is in ideal location with sea and mountain views. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. A very handy microwave is located in the lobby of the units and we made use of it and the plates, etc provided, when we did not fancy a meal out. They provide REAL coffee in one's unit which is a plus though the fridge is a bit small. Tertia our host made delicious breakfasts with artistically cut fruit, the usual English breakfast and a cheese board which had a variety of cheeses and filled one till supper time! The gardens are beautifully kept as well as the sparkling pool. There are only 4 units so very peaceful with many birds and butterflies to see. The guesthouse is only about 4 Km from the start of the town of George and very near to beaches around. A lovely stay was had by us (we stayed several nights) and we can recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be back!

Ten minutes from the centre of George, great setting, views, rooms and add that to the personal touch of Tessa and her unbelievable presentation of breakfast, a winning combination. The fact that the rooms did not have air conditioners initially worried me, but the thatched roofed room was so cool that it never became a factor and contribute to a 200% satisfaction experience.
