Nice hotel in Lancaster. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I liked the smell of the toiletries. The receptionist said there was a charge for early check in (if the rooms ready the rooms ready?) so we left out luggage and went out. The coffee shop in the craft market (Mean Brew/Mean Bean?) serves very nice coffee. The continental breakfast was a surprise.
Totally unique place to stay in downtown Lancaster. We went for a couples weekend and we’re so so pleased. Hip and cool but not pretentious. Convenient and very clean. Had a great dinner within walking distance. Would definitely visit again. Nice option if visiting Lancaster area.
My daughter and I had a girl's weekend and were able to book a last minute reservation at Lancaster Arts Hotel. It was a great experience. Clean, friendly staff, accommodating. We will definitely return for another stay in the future.
We loved it here. We enjoyed the staff and the establishment. So many things to do in the area and the hotel is smack dab in the middle. One thing is the hotel beautiful but the floors are hard wood. So if you are on a lower floor it may be a little noisy for some but it didn't bother us. Very nostalgic and beautiful place
We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and loved almost everything about our stay!! The hotel is beautiful, located in an old brick building in downtown Lancaster and is brimming with original artwork, hence the name. They serve a free breakfast that includes hot breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bagels & various toppings. It was nicely laid out and ready every day right at 7am. The beds are very comfy, the only improvement could be if they provided full (standard) size pillows as the ones in our room were too small and oddly shaped (squares vs rectangular). Maid service is provided every 3rd day but fresh towls are brought to your doorstep (if requested) each day. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and eager to assist any time we saw a member of the team. The BEST part, and although it is a simple touch it became a comforting moment that we looked forward to each day, every evening the hotel delivers a fresh long-stemmed red rose and chocolates and leaves them on your pillow. By the time we left we had 5 beautiful roses greeting us every time we walked into our room!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful week!!!…
