Stayed here for a mid week getaway from my kids, with my husband, and to see the new Marvel movie. Check in was fast and easy and the room was very clean. Spacious and had a lot of kitchen essentials in the room. You have to request room service but we were fine being in charge of keeping our room clean and just asking for extra towels when needed. Staff was awesome and very kind. We brought our puppy and he was safe and comfortable there as well. The hotel is right across the street from a whole shopping and plenty of restaurants and food choices including a Whole foods and a super target. Honestly wished we stayed longer. Only problem we had and laughed about were the three little pillows on the extremely large king size bed. We fought over them like little kids. Definitely going to come back again for another stay! …
We stayed in a king room for three nights on the third floor #322. The room was spacious and we loved the movable oval table to eat by the couch and also the mini kitchen. The carpeting could use some cleaning and breakfast could be extended to 10 am. We thought 9am was a bit early. This hotel allows pets so keep that in mind if you have allergies. The walk in shower was nice. We brought our own dish soap and hand soap for the kitchen. Paper towels were provided. The location was great for day trips. We loved driving the backroads of Intercourse and Bird in Hand. Stolzfus Deli was our go to spot for eating. We also liked Kitchen Kettle Village and Old Candle Barn for shopping. We did the Strasburg Railway trip one morning. Across the street from the hotel was a Starbucks and Whole Foods where we bought food to eat in the room. The staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Brandy. We will be back in the fall hopefully.…
Efficient, friendly and proffesional desk staff, and clean facilities. Definitely would recommend to others. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and rooms were quiet and clean. Rooms are well equipped with lighting and amenities.
We were only going to be in Lancaster for one night and chose to stay at the Hilton2. Suites. We downloaded their App. to our phone and on the morning of our stay received a text saying we could check in. When using the App. to check in we were given a chose of rooms to pick, we chose 106 as it was on the first floor and away foam any hotel traffic. After checking in on our phone we were offered a dig room key, so when we arrived we just walked past the front desk and straight to or room and used the digital key to get in, most con. We had a king sized bed, it was very comfortable, a couch and kitchenette. The room was quiet and we slept well. On rising we went down for breakfast and there was cereal, yogurt, breads, omelettes and sausage & eggs on a biscuit (this was my favorite) the dining area was well staffed and kept everything clean and well stocked and offered a friendly smile. We will definitely be returning here.…
The room was great. I loved the curtain separator, the bed was nice, it looked updated and modern. I loved all of the storage! So many shelves and surfaces. The full kitchen and large fridge was great! It was clean. There were sheets, blankets and pillows in the room when you wanted to use the pullout couch. The bathroom was nice. The pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast had a lot of options. The location was awesome. So many restaurants and stores right across the road. I took off a few points for the following-no hair conditioner, the shower had a little mold in the corner, the bathroom door didn’t lock (like there was literally not a hole in the wall for the pocket door lock to go into. It just banged on the wall.), the pool room was the hottest room ever (needs fans or ac or something!). It is a rowdy place full of sports teams so maybe don’t stay there for peace and quiet but at night, I luckily didn’t hear anything. Just crazy kids running the halls and in the pool before 9 pm.…
