LOVED this hotel. We went with three generations, and everyone was accommodated. This was the weekend before the official outdoor pool opens, and Eden had the pool open much much the kids delight. Our 2 and 4 year old grandsons adored the splash park. too. The staff is super friendly, the grounds well kept. There were many types of rooms to accommodate grandma and grandpa , a family with kids and a single adult Uncle. There is a playground, basketball courts, bocce, shuffleboard. We could have stayed on the grounds and skipped the beautiful attractions nearby. This will be an annual family trip.
We enjoyed our first stay since the COVID situation, Have been to this hotel many times. Pros: Villa Room was clean and looked recently updated (we are regulars) Still Pet Friendly Bunk Bed Villa room ideal for families of 4-5. Great Pool, and time slots well managed (people just need to be more understanding) I saw the pool water tested several times, well managed Free Ice Pops for Kids always a nice touch Dinner at Arthurs was good, with good service. For Pet rooms especially, I actually like the "optional" house keeping. Cons (I realize these are due to COVID and lack of employees so hopefully will improve next time) No waitress services around Pool, long wait at times at food/drink truck No Garfields No more prime rib Buffet at Arthurs Inconsistent quality of breakfast buffet (one day eggs runny, one day they were ok) Pool music should be more upbeat, more resort like. Many songs were slow like love songs. actually some depressing. Even Island music would have been better As I say most of these Cons I am sure will improve as the workforce gets back to normal so I was very happy with my stay and will definitely return.…
We had a wonderful time at Eden Resort. Diamela at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Thanks to her we got some extra time in the hot tub the morning of check out. Can't beat that! Everything was excellent. Clean too!
When we arrived the hotel elevators smelled like ganga. Kids and down the hallways. Friday night there was a prom, had not gone out, stayed in for the night. However Saturday night there was another prom, we got back to the hotel about 5:30, there was NO parking near our room, or anywhere the front or side where the Sheetz is. At almost $400.00 for the night, I was upset, went to front desk and finally was guided around to the back of the hotel, where the parking was minimal there also. I have no problem there were proms, however, there should be special parking for those teens since they are not a paying hotel guest. I was quite disappointed staying here, I don’t think I would return. My room had ants, killed a few dozen before I got to front desk for some repellent. The porch was filthy, leaves on the deck, outside door frame had mold. For the cost of the 3 night stay, I could have gone on a 7 day cruise. Kids had broken the auto sliding heavy doors to one of the entrances.…
Clean hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. We were in town for our anniversary. A surprise bottle of champagne on ice was awaiting us in our beautiful suite. Great location, close to outlet shops, restaurants and sight & sound theatre
