This hotel was amazing! I can’t recommend it enough! The suite was perfect…..kitchen was clean and we were able to cook a meal. The suite was great in that the “living area” was separate from the bed area. I loved the breakfast….omelette, sausage, homemade waffles, fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries. With “real” dishes in cabinets, you felt like you were at home. The lobby was welcoming. While we didn’t have time to use the pool, it looked great! I will definitely be back and can’t thank the staff enough for a great stay!!
We were in the area for a long weekend. Upon our arrival we were provided an upgrades room at no additional charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially DuAnn. The room was spacious and clean. Location was well positioned in the area away from the outlet area. The only issues were lack of hot water a couple of mornings and a very loud group of kids that hung outside our door. Parents needed to control them better.
Great indoor pool. No hot tub. Small gym — just two treadmills and one elliptical and weights, but clean and modern. Free earphones for treadmill. 24 hrs. Yay. Empty bin of cleaning wipes for machines —had to ask for more. Clean, big suite —door to separate 2 queen beds w living area and pullout couch/kitchen. But the beds are a big disappointment! Way too soft and saggy for us. Hence the lower rating. Weird bedcovers—looks like they use mattress covers as blankets ?? See photo. But great pillows and blackout curtains. No afternoon snacks/social hour as advertised at this hotel bc haven’t reestablished after COVID. Hello? But you still hold an open buffet breakfast? Also be aware—-there is a cleaning fee in addition to a regular pet fee. That was a surprise and even though we questioned it, it’s still on our bill. Free Breakfast was better than most bc of variety (fresh berries! Granola! Honey! 3 hot Options and waffles) and 24 hr good teas and coffee. Extremely friendly, helpful front desk. With Aysha and Joanne.…
My business trip turned into a workcation! After a 12 hour workday 13 hours from home in a city I can’t pronounce, it was tough to want to go venture out every night. The guys and I would meet in the lobby to get in the car to go out for dinner. Then what? With it already being 8pm when we got back there wasn’t much open to explore. So we played trivia in the lobby. I want to thank the staff for putting up with us all week! We may be a rowdy bunch from the Midwest but y’all made us feel like family. A HUGE shout out to Duann at the front desk for helping us throughout our stay with everything we needed! She is also great at trivia! The breakfast was really good, they change it up every morning so we didn’t eat the same thing everyday. This has been the best stay at a hotel I’ve ever been.…
We didn’t feel that anything was lacking that two children, parent, and grandparents needed for a quiet weekend getaway. Not that the kids didn’t get all they could out of the pool even as grandpa drifted in and out, due in part to filling up at the open continental breakfast. There was no request that we made that a member of the staff didn’t quickly and cheerfully oblige.
