These apartments were spotlessly clean, underground parking, walking distance to everything- highly revommend. We took my elderly parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. Beautiful drives further south - central to everything

Came down to Kiama (from Sydney) for a business trip. The "pub" section is very crowded, but you can't hear much once you close your room door. Harbour view rooms are great. Nice pub meal can be had down stairs. Would definitely use again if down this way.

We came in for dinner last Saturday as a group dinner for my friends hens party. Three of the girls had fish and chips and what came out seemed to be a thick batter with raw fish in the middle. I had the chicken burger and when I looked down my chicken was raw. It was quite pink in the middle and the first waitress had agreed that it was raw. I sent it back and a second waitress came over to me and said that the chef said that it was just the marinade that made it pink. I said it was in the middle of the chicken that was raw and not the outside of the chicken where the marinade was. She then replied that if I was to get salmonella, I would be vomiting and feeling sick right now.... I told her that it takes 8+ hours to Start feeling sick and she still said to give it about 20 minutes and if I'm sick then I know the chicken was raw and walked off. There's customer service for you. No apologies no effort made. Please educate your staff!!!!!! That is a dangerous situation! So disappointing.

Great service and awesome location. Rooms were very nice, but didn't really need the balcony overlooking the suburban street. If you want a balcony view, better you should go for the harbour view rooms.

The Blue Diamond is the bar area of the hotel. During the day you can sit inside and look down over Black Beach and the fishing boats. On Friday and Saturday night it is very crowded with lots of young people out on the town. There is jazz every Friday night, but it is very hard to hear because everybody is shouting to be heard, so it is not worth going just for the music. There are a great variety of expensive drinks and you can order a meal from the bar.
