I arrived on a cold wet Thursday afternoon and as soon as I walked into reception I was enveloped in warmth and luxury. I was upgraded to a luxury King room and it was sensational. Beautiful and elegant decor, incredibly comfortable king bed and a pleasant and clean shower room, the toiletries smelt fantastic. I used the indoor 20m heated pool in the morning and it also was beautiful, warm and clean. Towels are provided for the pool. Parking was available either at the front of the hotel or around the back - where there is also an access door to the hotel. The entire experience was perfect and I will be back.

Our children had given us two nights accommodation and Bistro Sociale vouchers as a family Christmas present and for a variety of circumstances we decided to go in early winter. We arrived Bowral on a Sunday afternoon and did some sightseeing before checking in. As we completed our sightseeing it began too rain and set the theme for the next few days. So we arrived at the hotel to find that the parking was uncovered and mostly located around the back of the hotel. The front parking was full, so we parked at the back, loaded up with our luggage and crossed the muddy, potholed road back to the hotel rear entrance. This hotel has no lifts and lots of stairs, some of which we had to carefully climb to enter hotel having watched another guest slip on a wet stair. However, once inside there was a very comfortable feel and after checking in and climbing another set of stairs we found spacious room with interesting views across western Bowral. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nicely set up and we were able to log into our Netflix account to wile away the hours given that there is not much to do in Bowral of a night time and restaurants get you in and out very early. Two highlights of our time in the hotel, besides the Bistro Sociale that I reviewed separately, were sitting by the fire in the Gin Bar and Lounge and sipping on a wine while reading a book and breakfasts in the Bistro Sociale - great menus, lovely juices and excellent espresso coffees. I had the pancakes the first morning - delicious - and eggs Benedict with bacon on the second and it was a good sized serve and quite filling.

I stayed at this hotel last week. The bathroom has seen better days. The windows were visibly dirty and the curtains looked dirty as well. When I went to the bathroom there were multiple ants in the sink. The bedroom was small which was fine however it needs to be repainted. Overall the exterior looks wonderful however it does not match the rooms and bathrooms

What a truly wonderful small hotel. We absolutely loved the decor and lovely luxury touches throughout the entire building. It has a lovely warm, embracing vibe and the staff and facilities are simply wonderful. The rooms have lovely appointments and the bed & pillows are great (fabulous nights sleep). We can't wait to return again... I would highly recommend the beautiful Berida Hotel if you want a little luxury and comfort!!! ❤
