Eden House is an 18th century former vicarage located in the village of St Keverne. The house offers traditional comfort in an idyllic setting. From the beautiful gardens there are views across open countryside to Falmouth Bay. We have two comfortably furnished double bedrooms with televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in the beautiful dining room. We offer the finest home grown and local produce including eggs from our own happy hens. Their is a (with seated areas ) large garden from which you can see the sea and across the bay to St Mawes and Falmouth. The Helford river and the Lizard Peninsular are all close . Seals, Choughs and if you're lucky Basking Sharks and occasionally Dolphins visit us. The cliff walks are stunning. There are 2 pubs and an organic restaurant all within a very short walking distance.

We stayed at Eden House for two nights prior to staying at a Holiday Rental. The building is the Old Vicarage and is a vast 18th century building in Local stone. There is a 1 bed holiday rental apartment but we staying in a newly refurbished B&B room with ensuite. The room was great as it was big enough to have two chairs and a table to sit at the window as well as the double bed and still room to walk around. Full English was served in the large dining room by the owner who was friendly and helpful. The gardens are large and chickens run in part of them who provide the fresh eggs for breakfast. The location is next to the centre of the village with the Pub some 2 minutes walk, the paper shop next door, the mini-supermarket 100 yards and it's own gate into the Churchyard and main church entrance. A lovely place to stay within a lovely village.

Fabulous! This is our 3rd visit to Eden House, and have to say...it's always lovely. Vicky and family are so welcoming. We had a lovely comfy ensuite room with TV, Tea and Coffee and the Breakfast was fit for a King! Lovely house and gardens. There's so much to do and see around the area, would highly recommend to anyone! :-) X

We stayed at Eden House Wing for a week and can safely say we would not hesitate to return. The house is in very easy access of all the main places to go on the Lizard Peninsula, the local shop is excellent, we can recommend the White Hart for food and of course Roskillys 1/2 mile away. Vicky is a brilliant host, very welcoming and friendly and definitely adds to the enjoyment of the stay as does Boris and the chickens. The accommodation is more than perfect for two people and is very cosy but at the same time has more than enough space. Dogs are very welcome and Harvey settled in quicker than we did. All in all it was a perfect relaxing stay away from the daily routine of modern life.

We stayed in the self catering wing of Eden House and had a simply wonderful time. On arrival there was wine in the fridge, flowers in two rooms and freshly laid eggs, from the hens in the garden. Vicky, the owner is lovely, friendly, helpful and St keverne is a breath of fresh air with two welcoming pubs, an amazingly well stocked shop and the friendliest people you've ever met. We were walking the coastal paths, which are absolutely beautiful and to return to the comfort of Eden House was exceptional. We ate at the White Hart on two occasions and the food is typical pub grub but served with a great welcome, quiz night was fun and 'Proper Job' is a good pint. Other nights we enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen where everything is to a high standard. The bed is sublime and I slept much better than I usually do on holiday. Guests have a private patio to use but Vicky is happy for you to make use of her beautiful garden and I spent most evenings in the late sun at the bottom of the garden overlooking Falmouth bay with a glass of wine. It doesn't get much better than this. We had a brilliant time here! Thanks Vicky.

Knew this house before it was a B&B so a return visit after a long absence was rewarded with familiar surroundings and memories and an enjoyable visit. Our host Vicky made us welcome and provided fine freshly cooked breakfasts each day and a chance to look around the house and garden again where my wife and I first met. Our room contained all the essentials including individual seating which was most welcome. With its central location Eden House is well located in a village which remains almost unchanged and well served by local restaurants and Inns.
