Wee enjoy riding on steam trains and the place is close enough to be able to walk to the Severn Valley railway, and so we could enjoy having a drink and not have to worry about driving after the day out.
Stopped for 1 night and found absolutely nothing wrong with the place, nice pub just over the road and nicely situated from the town centre. Friendly staff, comfy bed and the room was spotless was well worth the money.
Stayed one night with family members in 3 rooms. Comfortable and convenient for a one night stop. Staff was friendly. Check in was straightforward and there is ample parking. I don’t recommended the pub nearby for food though.
