A mistake was made on reservation! They were very unaccommodating! Owners were very rude! Do not recommend at all Mike was trying to be helpful but when you have ass hats of owners not much can be done.

TRAVELER BEWARE!! I've never encountered such a travel nightmare as was provided to me by this craphole. My boss booked this online. I get here and the guy wants a massive deposit for the room. No problem, I tell him. But he is unwilling to charge it to the card that the room was booked for. He demands another card. So I let him know I needed to let my boss know this is how they're requiring it be done. I politely excuse myself and make the call. Boss asks how long it will take to release the hold on the card, to which he replies that it will probably be over two weeks. Boss is not happy but says go for it. Too late. This guy goes full psycho on me. Starts yelling at me that if I don't like it, I can find somewhere else to stay. I'm baffled at this guy, and staring in horror as he has some kind of serious episode here. He starts repeatedly yelling at me to get out. Okay no problem. I take my credit card off the desk and ask him for my driver's license so that I may leave. At this point, he goes from unhinged to totally bonkers because he raises his voice even more and continues screaming at me to get out, threatening to have me arrested for trespassing. Got it. So I leave, and from the parking lot I call the police, explaining the situation. They sent a bunch of officers, one of whom pulled me aside and explained that this is an extremely common occurrence at this location. Officers go inside, get my license back, and told me that the guy at the desk had told them he refunded the card charged for the room. Turns out he lied to the police as well, because we had to go through the bank to get the money back. Unreal! Do not book here!…

Second stay. Stayed 2 nights. Bed good. Very clean. Loved the roses planted outside. Pulling a trailer and there was parking for it. Much deferred maintenance. Room had missing clothes hanging rod, shower curtain partly torn, no facial tissues. Asked about them after check-in and was told they were out. They were still out the second day despite a large grocery store nearby. No maid service next morning. Told they were short staffed. Pool undergoing repair. No breakfast at all. Told county had not given OK to open it despite nearby motels having full breakfasts. Paid too much for what we got.

Bums on bicycles and lurking in the parking lot. We were afraid to get out of the car. I was traveling and forgot my machete. Shoulda done my homework before booking. Rude on phone. Wouldn't refund. Half hour between booking on phone and arrival. We were scammed out of $170.

The morning clerk was rude. Mind you not we paid to live here for a week! She said no one can clean our room due to covid, I asked for a vacuum and her respond was, alot of guests broke our vacuum so we can't give that out. I am paying to live here and I have to clean our room with a broom. Is it our fault that other guests broke vacuum? Bathroom was not clean so as the room itself. There was a real bad smell in the room that I have to buy air freshner from the store for the room. I will never ever live this place. Staff are always outside smoking and no one at the front desk. I did observed employees cussing a guest out one morning. Wish I can rate this place at a 0 or nagative!!
