Good beds with nice soft sheets and good pillows. Nice large rooms. Average exercise room. We knew going there that there are not many dining options within walking distance. Also because it is near the airport and freeway it was quite noisy. Breakfast was good.
I chose this hotel due to its park and fly option. Before I booked, I called Comfort Suites to verify that I would be able to park our car whilst we were away and they confirmed that with my booking. When my family showed up the night before our flight, the manager or someone who signified he was in charge told us that no, we didn't book it right and we did not have a parking spot. He then went on to tell me that the main Comfort Suite number didn't know what they were talking about and that I should have called their front desk and made no other offers to make the situation right. He then went on a tangent about some other customer and how they lied about this same issue, etc... It was too late to further argue or get another hotel, so I just let it go. That would have been bad enough, but nothing else was ok. The room was super stuffy, the bathroom dated, there was hair on the vanity, the mattress sloped and overhung the bed base by a good 4 inches. It wasn't in an area where you could access restaurants easily. There are so many other places to stay that actually do a park and ride that are in better locations and I'm really sorry I didn't choose a different hotel to start our trip. Avoid! …
For years I'd used the Sandy & 102nd location, but let's be honest - that was in a sketchy area, and it didn't surprise me to find it had closed. The airport location is nice - yes, it's on a one-direction street so going towards the airport will require a bit of easy navigation, but it's clean, the staff is friendly (and a few of the staff from the closed location have relocated here) and there is nothing to complain about.
Nice hotel, still mask requirements in place. Quick airport pick-up, just call and they send a van. Room was fine, with fridge and microwave. Nice hot breakfast, there is a girl behind a counter that takes your order for you. Hot eggs or omelette and sausages, yogurt and toast. Didn't use pool/hot tub. As others mentioned, great sports bar place around corner, walk right to it and convenience store next door.A little airplane noise, but with windows closed, its minimal. If you are a plane freak, just sit outside and watch the landings. Friendly employees. No issues at all with this hotel.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was convenient to the car rental return and airport. There was a sports bar behind the hotel that we walked to in the evening that was nice. They offered breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again.
