Well-maintained hotel - beautiful landscaping. Our room had all the amenities. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. We used the hot tub in the pool area. It definitely helped me! There were several breakfast items to choose from and it was yummy. The menu was posted in the lobby. Also, a few restaurants were in walking distance.

The front desk staff went above and beyond at check in and to provide a charging cord for my cell phone. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is clean and has up to date equipment. Housekeeping gave me extra shampoo and conditioner and replaced a broken iron in less than a minute. The Manager of the hotel spoke to me about one unprofessional staff member and made me feel better about the situation immediately. I recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has a staff that is very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. You will immediately feel welcome and ready to relax when you walk in the doors.
The rooms are updated the beds are comfortable and I definitely could walk around bare feet without feeling gross on the floors they’re obviously very clean.

Just got home from a weekend at this location. After a year of staying home in an effort to curb covid numbers we decided to venture out for a weekend. Masks are required in Lincoln City and the hotel claimed masks are required. The sign at entry and front desk reiterated requirement. However, over the course of our stay we saw dozens of people coming and going with no masks. The hotel is under construction so the only entryway is through the lobby. Each time we would enter or leave there was at least one person with no mask. Breakfast is available in the lobby and people were routinely grabbing food with no masks and standing around eating. Not once did staff make any effort to remind guests or the requirement or enforce it. We have a young child that can't wear a masks. Very disappointed by the hotel and the other visitors.

Dear Rebecca, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We sell masks at the front desk, and we have been asking guests to wear a mask. Each time they are in the lobby, they have to go back to the room or back out to their cars to get a mask. Unfortunately, more and more travelers do not believe in wearing a mask. My family enjoys visiting Lincoln City, but we'll stay somewhere else next time. We reserved a family room to sleep six and were provided with two queens and a single rollaway bed. When I asked Scott about another bed as we'd booked acommodations for six, without looking at any information, he said they didn't have any. He offered no solutions. Later that night I asked if I could at least get some extra blankets since my son would have to sleep on the floor. Scott then made a big deal about how he was giving me the last blankets in the hotel. At 9:00 the next morning when housekeeping checked on us, I asked her about a bed and had one already made up in less than two minutes. I couldn't help but suspect it was available the previous night. I reported all this to the General Manager, Anita, who seemed concerned and offered to give us the equivalent of a free night in Rewards points. It's been 2.5 months, and three phone calls later, and we've received nothing to make up for our awful experience. I recently cancelled a BW stay because I'm done with the chain after this ordeal.

Planned this overnight because my daughter was turning 10. Unfortunately for me, I got sick the previous night, but I honored our plans. Checkin was quick and since we got there early Ruthanne at the counter let us check in early no problem. We even got to choose our room to be close to the pool where my daughter and her friend planned on spending a lot of time. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. The pool area was tidy and stocked with clean towels and was refreshing even to me while I was feeling under the weather. We swam and visited the hot tub for about 2 hours before returning to our room. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great and plentiful. Nothing about the room needed improvement. Breakfast in the morning was a full spread of fresh breads, muffins, fruits, yogurts, a waffle bar, oatmeal with various toppings, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and sausages and red potatoes. The sausages looked weird, so I didn’t try them. But everything else was great. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is easy to find. Upon check in we asked if it was possible to have a room suitable for someone with mobility issues and were given a more than suitable room. The room and furniture were showing their age but everything was clean and in good working order. We were able to get handicapped parking near our room.
The mattress was definitely showing it’s age but surprisingly comfortable. The location of the coffee pot was a challenge for two,short people to reach and use and was not set up to use properly…took us a couple of tries before figuring out how to fix the issue.
The breakfast was very good, but the coffee was outside the breakfast area and hard to locate. Once located the beverage station was well done and well stocked.
All staff were helpful and pleasant.

We were stuck in the PNW for nine days due to lack of airport employees at the surrounding airports and although this completely devastated our holiday, we thankfully stumbled across this truly amazing hotel along the Oregon coast.
In these trying times where the American government is severely hindering the hospitality sector, it was a breath of fresh air to find ourselves accommodated in such delightful quarters.
I highly recommend this place. They are in full compliance w/ the ever-increasing safety parameters OR is implementing upon all of its citizens, and are able to do so while also providing service in a hospitable and kindly manner--just like hotels used to do.
In these trying times where the American government is severely hindering the hospitality sector, it was a breath of fresh air to find ourselves accommodated in such delightful quarters.

We came to the coast to escape the city heat, and chose this hotel based on the reviews and comments on the cleanliness, so important during the pandemic. The hotel deserves this high rating and didn't disappoint us. The staff was helpful and the rooms were the cleanest we've seen on our travels. While it's not on the beach, the public beach was an easy one mile walk and we enjoyed the sand. Congrats to your staff, Best Western!

This was a good location if you wanted to walk a bit to the mail part of town. Be sure to return to the hotel on the inland side of the street as it is almost impossible to cross the street anywhere near this hotel. Staff was helpful. breakfast was a bit strange as they were redoing the breakfast room and so the food was part way in the lobby and limited in selection. Yes, you cold make waffles and there were scrambled eggs in the lobby. You then needed to take the food back to your room as no lace to sit downstairs. In order for this to work, you needed to bring the small toys from our room (found under the coffee set up) or you had no way to carry multiple plates and cups up to your room. Some people got this direction and others did not. AS with many other motels, the pool was not open during our stay but the spa wa open.
This town is heavily visited on weekends and traffic backs up on the mail street.

You would have to call the hotel and check on that.
I agree with kimberly, from what I can remember there isn't much for "view" at this hotel. In terms of access the rooms are all the same and are accessed from inside. I stayed on the bottom floor with a balcony, however there is no access to the room from the balcony because you would have to climb over the railing that surrounds the balcony.
It's best to drive as the others have suggested. Even though its a short drive, far safer than walking.
A room with two queen beds sleeps up to four people, a single queen sleeps two.
Charter provides our cable , we offer 60+ channels .
