Older hotel in need of maintenance. "Breakfast" was literally a brown bag with 3 granola bars. Staff doesn't seem interested in being there. Had to keep the kids out of the lobby since graphic crime dramas were playing on the TV the whole time. There are better choices in the area for less money
One of the typical hotels of this chain. Not a lot of bells and whistles but you really don’t need them if you travel like I do. Just looking for a clean safe place to lay my head a long way to travel days. Bonus that you can get points for each day, etc.
My family and I have traveled from New Mexico to Oregon to relocate for our new jobs, it’s been quite the adventure I must say this hotel has by far exceeded expectations! The hotel is clean, the room is perfect, and the pool is just lovely, but the main reason I am writing this review is because of the kind, and professional customer service experience we have had, thank you Farrah! You have made this transition so much smoother for us. You certainly went above and beyond for me and my family! It’s people like you that make the world a beautiful place. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family especially because of Farrah. Thank you!!
The property was clean and the room was comfortable. Farrah on the desk in the morning was super friendly and helpful with info about the area. The breakfast room was not yet back in use and breakfast was a go-bad with a granola bar and a yogurt. The coffee was good.
Pool and Cold ❄️❄️ tub, not hot, were clearly not on. Only was able to use it for 5 minutes and then had to take a hot shower to warm up. Rooms are great, parking is tight but good. Food is really close
