After a resent stay I agree that this hotel needs to revaluate it's service program, (or lack of) if I were the manager I would look at the reviews and make some very needed changes, there are many negative reviews and I must admit I agree with them, It is absolutely my fault for not doing the research prior to my stay, I will not be staying there again, I have advised other to stay away from this hotel
The hotel smells like old cigarettes, there’s weird sticky stuff on the floor, the front desk didn’t even have a single coffee maker. They gave me a mug and a packet of tea packet coffee so I can microwave my own. This is so gross. I will tell anyone who can listen not to waste their money or time. NOT WORTH IT. Weird sticky stuff pictured below.
I booked this room for a month for my father and his caregiver. He is in hospice with stage 4 liver cancer and is not far a long enough to go into the VA hospice (he can still walk, bath and dress himself). He also has severe short term memory loss. The reservation is tomorrow, when I asked Rebecca if I could email copies of his ID because I'm not sure if he lost it, she refused to accept it. When I explained the situation, she said "They weren't that kind of facility and she was cancelling the reservation". When I asked why she just kept repeating herself saying they weren't a place where people go to die. Really, because he needs a place to go before he goes to die. She needs to be fired for her discrimination in my opinion, she's lucky I live in CA and not nearby, otherwise she'd have to look me in the eye and cancel. I am now scrambling for a residence for him to stay with his caregiver.…
Slowest WiFi I’ve ever experienced(I signed up for advanced WiFi) literally 500kbps I couldn’t even stream Netflix. When I asked the front desk about it they gave me a ton of attitude and said “If you have a problem you can stay somewhere else” when I contacted management About the unprofessionalism the Manager actually kicked me out.(I paid for a month and only stayed for 4 days) And refused to refund me
Would have been average accept: Kitchenette was empty, no pens, no paper, no cable/tv guide, no hotel welcome/tourist book, no hair dryer, no Do Not Disturb sign, no Coffee/tea pot..I have seen all of these simple items in every hotel I have been in except this one! I had to go to the front desk at least 8 additional times to request items. I requested all kitchen items more than once..No cutting board, no cutting knife, no dish sponge, no coffee amenities with the coffee pot. This hotel was inconvenient for me, too many interruptions of not having things available in the room and going to front desk to obtain.
