Stayed here once again while visiting family in Gresham. This time, three nights. Location is convenient: near Burgerville (unique Oregon/Washington burger joint) and arterial roads. Check in experience was excellent: desk clerk (guy) was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. Lobby was in good shape. Parking good, and security keeps a tab on what vehicles are parked there (good). Masks required in public areas (good) and staff was masked. My room was clean, well maintained and neat. Shower was very good, bed was very comfortable. Wifi pretty good (had to keep logging in each time I came back to my computer), but had good speed. Clientele seemed good, no noise or behavior issues with anyone. Nice view of neighborhoods and hills from my room. Good security (outside doors require room key to enter).…
Got in at 10:00PM and just needed a clean place for the night. Nice Front Desk Person. Helpful. We did not inspect room prior to unpacking-Mistake!. Went to go to bed, then noticed (2) Quarter Sized brown stains (looked like coffee) and a black smear around 2" X 2" on bed cover. Looked around and then noticed red blood stain and what appeared to be coffee thrown on to the window sheers. There was also some sort of food stuck to the ottoman that I cleaned off. Front desk offered to move us but we were too tired. The remaining bedding seemed acceptable. They said the could not discount our room because it was purchased through Priceline... Management and cleaning staff need to step it up.
Upon entering the room it immediately smelled of smoke. Almost decided to sleep with my covid mask on to dampen the smoke smell. Mentioned it at the front office and she said “OK, I’ll note that for you”. Gee thanks. For the price, and 1 night only, it’ll Suffice but the property is definitely dated. Suppose that’s what you get when you book from the top of the list on trip advisor. About the best thing about the hotel is it’s location to nearby food/Freeway.
Not too far from I-84. Clean room. Quiet. Rug in room. Ice machine on each floor. Micro and Refrigerator. Power strip for each side of the bed. About $80 per night with AARP or 10% discount. Card key worked well. No hassle with masks due to our stupid Governor's restrictions.
Road trip. Found this on Trip Adviser. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Two comfortable chairs in the sitting room. The only negative, and it is minor, the tv remote is very basic.
