Love the new look of the hotel . Wish there was some type of breakfast .night audit Front desk was very very nice & so was the morning front desk . Beds were comfy , awesome upgrade & rooms . AC was awesome 😎

Booked a stay for 1 night. Paid $108 for amenities that weren't available (pool and lounge was closed) nor was it stated on the website. I have pictures of all the mold in the bathroom which looked as if they tried to paint over it and mold seeping through the wallpaper. (have pictures of that too) Then the lady at the front desk kept harping on how we better no be smoking in the non-smoking room. Told her I didn't smoke and she proceeded to tell me that if I did I would be charged $225. Then right inside the elevator was a large chunk of tile missing that caused me to trip. I do plan on getting in touch with the BBB in regards to this stay.

The parking lot has lights that have not worked for over a month with multiple break ins occurring to guests vehicles. The management is fully aware of this problem but said " we do not want to warn the guests for fear of scaring them out of a reservation". You will be safer parking out in the street. I now have to put a window in my vehicle and replace some stolen property, but hey, I wasn't scared out of making a reservation

JASON assisted my family in securing nice newly renovated rooms on this property. The upgrades/updates are beautiful, and COVID-19 precautions were evident. In addition, a nice grab and go breakfast was offered by the friendly staff, which we greatly appreciated!

This is an old, run-down hotel. Dirty, filthy carpets in the hallways as well as in the room. The Garden Inn is supposed to have a hot breakfast, but instead, you get cold coffee, some orange juice, a cereal that no self-respecting person would touch, and an oatmeal bar. If you complain and ask for a simple yogurt, some nuts or dry/fresh fruit assort you will get an answer “this is what our manager told us to give you”. This is simply wrong! 1) they seem to be able to get away by mistreating their customers, and 2) they use the current conditions with COVID as a pretext to cut corners and make more money. I don’t know which one is worse. Avoid this place if you can!
