Terrible. This used to be one of the nicest hotels in Tulsa. Now it's just an overpriced average stay. It's clean and pretty nice but very outdated. The room had lots of wea4 and the shower was dirty. I asked if they coukd clean the shower and they never sent anyone.

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma last week before Christmas. It exceeded all of our expectations! It was a beautiful hotel and was very clean… It made us feel safe! All of the staff that we met, were amazing! The following staff were exceptional… Micah, Ianna, Javier, and Jamario.

Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center is a decent hotel located approximately nine to ten miles away from Downtown Tulsa. We decided to book this hotel for one night due to its closeness to the TUL airport. Upon arrival, it automatically gave me the impression of being Hilton's Embassy Suites hotel converted into a Marriott's Renaissance. This is not a bad thing, but it is worth mentioning. Upon check in, we were attended by a front desk agent in training, and managers worked closely with her to make sure that she was doing the right things. I felt that both managers were able to truly accommodate our needs based on my Titanium elite status with Marriott, and appreciated their guidance as they trained this new staff member. The check in process went smoothly and were able to check in to our room. Their club level on the ninth floor is a private floor that needs a key as soon as you access the elevator. We were able to stay in one of their one-bedroom suites in this floor. About 600-700 sq. ft., this suite provides quite a spacious bathroom and living room, including a comfortable bed as well. There is also access to a balcony, where you can see some of Tulsa's views. The only thing that I would recommend management is to check drainage between toilet and shower as it connects with a small kitchen sink. Every single time there is a flush, the small kitchen makes quite a distinct noise in room 910. Finally, we were able to take advantage of their pool and breakfast option in the morning. Breakfast buffet was included as a Titanium elite member, but it runs around $14-$15 per person. Parking is available in this location at the rate of eight dollars per night as well. Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center is a decent hotel that meets the needs of travelers. There might be a need for renovations in the near future, but the hotel still is a good option. I would recommend it.
