Check in time was 3pm I arrived around 3:40p. They checked me in but said my room was not ready it would be about 30/40 minutes to clean it. Offered me to wait or another room (sorry I was on the road 7 plus hours and arrived 40 min after check in so I wanted to go to my room). Chose to take another room (the one I was supposed to have was up another floor in quieter part of hotel) They gave me room on 3rd floor. Parked car, dragged in luggage, went up to room on 3 and maintenance man said that room isn't done yet. He took our key went back down to get yet another room that had just been finished. Overall this was an extremely clean hotel and I do get staffing is short but if I pay for a hotel and plan my driving to check in on time or shortly after I really wish the room had been ready. Bed was somewhat 'too soft' but we stayed at 2 separate hotels on trip back and they got worse (wayy too soft)

Stayed here for 5 nights while in town to visit family. Busy area of town, so I requested a quiet room and they delivered. No problems at all sleeping...not even noise from other rooms. Yes there was a lot of traffic, but with the window closed it wasn’t bad at all. The king room is on the small size, but for the price just deal with it. My husband didn’t like the softness of the mattress, but it worked great for me. Room was very clean and maid service came daily. Enjoyed the abundance of fresh fluffy towels daily. Good hot breakfast in the morning in a spotless dining area with many choices....I always appreciate ice water available! The attendant was spot on in replenishing items. Kudos to entire staff and management in delivering a great experience for a reasonable price. Need more of these!

This hotel seems like it has been recently remodeled. It was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. Everything was as would be expected from a Comfort Inn and I would stay here again if I were in Tulsa.

Comfortable bed in king mini suite on 4th floor. Very clean, nice pullout couch (which we didn’t use), huge tv, nicely appointed bathroom, tub/shower, only noise was from road traffic. Almost next door is an awesome Cannes Chicken! It was drive thru only due to pandemic and line was around two blocks but still worth waiting for. Many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast lady was great & kept that delicious coffee pot full! Free hot breakfast which smelled delicious was available which we unfortunately bypassed. Maybe try on next trip thru tho
