No dryer or any service to dry your clothes after you wash them in a washer I wouldn’t recommend using, so had to pay for an Uber to go to laundry mat. Other than that no complaints. Very friendly front desk that has helped beyond what there job description requires, to make sure the company I booked my room through. It was my fault but they treated it like it was my fault. So I commend them.
I work for a Painting company and I was staying at another Hotel for few months while painting their rooms. It wasn't the best living arrangement, so someone told me about Trade Winds Central Well been staying here for almost 2 weeks and I really enjoy it here. Staying in RM 152 its clean and in good shape. Housekeeping gives me all towels and personal Items I need. The 2 front desk admin I've meant are Mike and Kelli they are fantastic. Mike allowed me to do laundry one-night unlocked door after 2 am - Nice Stuff. I really enjoy the breakfast I’m a cereal eater and its really good with juices and fresh fruit that's all I Need. One best part's great location just off of Harvard & I-44 easy excess to & from work so I'll be staying for a while longer. Yep this is Excellent Hotel Especially if you need extended Stay. Oh, the pricing is very reasonable too…
I work for One Oak Trucking and I usually stay at Trade Winds a few times a year - Recently I stayed here in August & September for few day each time . My room was very good - housekeeping is a 5 because they do a good job cleaning & giving me extra personal care on my off Trucking runs The girls at front deck Sandy manager is fantastic. I also like Kelli & Mike that works 3rd shift. The Trade Winds has one of best outdoor pools that I've seen in my Travels. The breakfast bar could be better Sometimes they have hot eggs & sausage but most time just general foods biscuits & gravy, cereal, Milk, Toast, Juices & Fruit. Location is key - easy access in & out right by I-44. Very Good Place for Truckers.
Spent 3 days here because of the shuttle service provided by the Tulsa Linde Oktoberfest. Tulsa Linde Oktoberfest it’s wunderbar. Unfortunately, this motel is not. First room we were put in we spent 1 night in. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Light shades were torn. Toilet seat was broken. Flimsy Little towels. Smelled musty. No fart fan. No Gcfi for sink outlet. Peeling ceiling paint. Poor breakfast, no coffee cups. Carpet dirty. Electronic door latch on last legs. Moved to room 124 for last two nights. Not much better. Non functional smoke detector. Had to push in on tub hot water, then turn it for it to work. Light shades torn again. Old crt tv in room. Obviously no money is being put in maintenance. It is a shame. Could be a nice place. Inner courtyard is lovely. Will not stay here again.…
We've stayed in many, many hotels throughout our lives, but have never seen anything like this. What I don't understand is how this place ever receives anything over 1 star reviews. I'd give them less than that if I could. The electronic lock on our door worked probably 5% of the time, so each time we tried to get into the room you had to try the card like 30 times before it would unlock the door...very irritating when you have luggage and are tired. We even got someone at the front desk to help the first time it happened and it worked right away for her. But each time thereafter it continued to be a fight to get the door open. When we first entered the room, we were overcome by the smell of vomit and urine. It was so bad that our eyes burned for the entire day after we left. The curtains were shredded, and all of the rooms near us also had curtains in that condition or worse. You could see it from the outside of the rooms. The carpet was filthy also. The room was in total disrepair, something that you'd see in a horror movie set. The bed was so bad and tilted in one direction so you felt as though you were falling off of it. Luckily we were only staying one night; we seriously thought of just leaving and driving home even though it was quite late. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not fit for an animal.…
