I booked at suite at Osage in downtown Tulsa for an overnight stay while in town for a friends birthday. Upon checking in I was checked in to a room that housekeeping was still cleaning, so had to come down and get checked in to a different room. Minor annoyance but not a huge deal. I left for the evening and came back to sleep. Upon coming back I realized the air conditioning unit in the bedroom rattles very very loudly and cannot be turned off. The off button simply doesn’t work and there’s no way to turn the unit off. It kept me up remainder of the night for the most part. The hot water is hit or miss. One minute is scalding hot, the next it’s cold making my shower not ideal either. The pool music is INSANELY loud and started up at 8am on a Saturday. Vegas pool music doesn’t even start that early. Not a bad casino, but would not choose this hotel again.

The employees at this casino are very rude! I stayed two days as a guest at this hotel. The smoke and noise was a little overwhelming after awhile, so I stepped outside for a minute in order to get a breathe of fresh air, and was harassed by security and told that I had to go back inside!!! It was on a Monday night, hardly any people around, I was not hurting anyone! And the manner in which I was treated was completely unacceptable!!! I will NEVER be back!

Right from the start the staff was a bit rude. The breakfast was convenient store muffins and sausage biscuits and yogurt cups and it cost $8, the staff continued to be rude when I asked for more coffee pods than allotted (2 for 2 people) they gave us 3 and said its one bag of supplies a day & you only get 2 coffees in the bag. Didn't really care for the food there so we ate out a lot and I'm so glad because on our 3rd night we are watching tv in the dark and see something run across the floor and then another one, yes it was mice. We called them up and they looked around like the mice were gonna come out and shake their hands and then we said we have a video and they left saying they will call us and never did. I had to get a manager the next morning after very little sleep and was told she wouldn't be in till 10am I found me another hotel (Hampton Tulsa downtown) and packed up. After a long morning wait, I'm told we can be moved to another room (they clearly don't understand how mice work) I declined and was charged the full fee for the 4 day 3 night stay.

I do not recommend this casino to any black/african american players. These indian/caucasian owners will not allow us to win unless we are one of them or hispanic! "Besides, they do not enforce social distancing or sanitizing as all Cherokee casinos and River Spirit casinos!😠😡 " They are on the north end of town and just want to steal from our people! But they give to their own and any other race!😠 My prayer is that GOD 🙏 will shut them down in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
