I stayed at this hotel on September 3, 2021 for one night using my Bonvoy Marriott points. The hotel was in a nice location. However, it was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE room and bed. The bed was worn out on both sides with huge dips in the mattress. I thought it was only my side but in the morning my husband complained. I took photos to show the front desk but when I reported the issue the staff didn’t care. This hotel is only 3 years old so the bed shouldn’t have been in that condition. The staff didn’t even comp me a bottled water when I asked about the room charge. The sofa and desk chair were also uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
PRO'S The property is newish and very modern. Everything appears to be very clean. The room is spacious. A separate area where there is a microwave and a mini frig. A desk with plenty of room to work. A couch that I believe makes out into a bed. The AC is very very cold. We were in July and it worked extremely well, I was actually freezing when not in bed. THE CON'S The bathroom is very narrow, It's a 1 person bathroom, in my opinion. The sink is tiny, my husband called it an Ikea sink. The thing I lack most if the lack of counter space, it's the tiniest least amount of space I have seen in my life in any hotel. Again it seems best suited for one person only. The toilet is very low to the ground, really didn't like it. Last but definitely not least was breakfast. This is a Marriott property and the eggs look like fake imitation eggs. They are not real, I'm not sure what they are but they look terrible and they taste terrible. So this was my first stay here and I'm not sure I liked it enough to return.…
We don’t have a single complaint about our stay here! We had some terrible experiences at the last two hotels we stayed in so I was very anxious about choosing a good hotel. Check in was smooth and the customer service was professional and friendly. Our room was extremely clean! The area is safe and we were able to walk across the street for dinner at Abuelos. The next time we’re back in Tulsa we will stay here again.
Newer hotels in the Tulsa Hills/Jenks area. Large, comfortable room yet inconsistent services. Arrived early @1:30pm and ask early check-in. Front desk curtly said no early checkin due to fully booked, without much explanation. Coming in @5pm and another front desk agent, gentlemen by the name of Manuel proceed to handle the check-in by the book, offering Marriott Welcome amenities (Platinum) and explain that the hotel is fully booked due to graduation from Oral Roberts as well as local tournament. Ask for late check-out and Manuel confirmed we are set for 4pm per Marriott policy. The room itself are perfectly fine. Large 2 queen bed room with extra sleeper sofa. The proximity of the AC/heat is a bit too close to one of the bedroom, which might cause problem. The most troubling issue happened the next day. Did several activity in the morning and returned to the hotel @1pm and getting ready to leave (well before the 4pm late check-out). Left the do not disturb tag on the door before we left, yet found out someone (housekeeping?) Has entered the room and "removed" several items from the room, namely our dining utensils that we always brought since we dine-in in the hotel room due to covid. Mention this to the front desk and they confirm that the late check out is in the system and no-one should have entered the room....yet those items are missing regardless. Would think twice before coming back here....room and location is fine, but not sure want to risk someone entering and removing items from our room....…
Our second time here and a lack of communication noted regarding room cleaning. We had to ask for clean towels 2 days in a row. We were told we have to request room clean although we like our room they need to put out information upon arrival
