We had a very bad experience here, and would not recommend Champney's Springs as a place to go if you’re looking forward to having a relaxing day. We were welcomed at reception, and it was quick and smooth check in, very friendly lady. We told that the gym floor was being

We enjoyed a spa evening here In January, the facilities were good but i would have expected a lot more for a Champneys spa. We booked a spa evening including a 3 course meal and I have to say the food and service let the evening down. The staff were so inattentive, the side

Another brilliant weekend at champneys springs. A weekend away with a group of friends, the meet and greet from the front of house team ensured that all our needs were met to settle in - and any questions or queries we had throughout the weekend were always responded to promptly

This spa is a little run-down and in need of some TLC in certain departments. Nevertheless, I would recommend it with the caveat that you're getting a comfortable stay and nothing sparkling. The positives: - Plenty of comfortable day beds - Staff on the whole were friendly -

Myself and a friend paid around £400 for a one night stay with a couple of treatments included. All 3 meals were also included but I was shocked to find that the choices most of us would enjoy (sea bass/steak/even boiled eggs!!) was at an additional surcharge. The resort

Hi JJ B. Yes, Springs really is quite run down sadly, it's not just one or two spots, the whole place felt very tired and unloved. I guess if you go with the understanding that it's a bit shabby you'd be ok maybe, for me it was just the collosal disappointment as I was expecting it to be pretty high end and proper luxury. I definitely wouldn't go there again, it fell well short of my expectations.

I wasn’t aware of any water beds; however they do have a nice relaxation room with beds in.

Hello Brian I have a joint membership with a friend. They offer three types of membership depending on the times of day you wish to visit. We have the standard plus which enables us to use the facilities, pool, gymn, classes etc from 6.30 am till 10am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday For this we paid £600 each per year in February of this year . We did not pay a joining fee which if applied is extortionate . The other memberships offered are just 6.30am to 10am Monday to Friday only. This is the cheapest membership The premier membership offers unlimited use from 6.30 am to 10 pm 7 days a week, this is obviously more than the £600 I paid. They regularly have offers on membership fees I live near Coalville . If there is any way I can get in contact with you directly I can let you have details of these next week, but as I am a very silver surfer I don't know if contact details can be given via tripadvisor

Is the use of the spa facilities included in the price and do you have a creche
With regard to the query about a creche. We don't have a creche and the minimum age for our guests is 14 years old. Kind regards Carol
