Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. On arriving the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were personally shown to our room which was big & spotlessly clean. Little things in the room made a difference like a glass with boiled sweets in...More
An old hotel but room was clean. Nice flat screen hotel with toiletries and decent Wi-Fi. Good range of food at breakfast and right on the seafront. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cowes so a good location. Friendly and helpful staff....More

There is an accessible room with a walk in shower and grab rails etc in the bathroom with an emergency call cord. I was put in this room for 3 nights W/E August 20th 2017 and I am able bodied. So if anyone was enquiring about an accessible room for those dates and were turned down, then that wasn't the case. (Isn't there a law about that? Discrimination?) It's room No.1, but beware, it's next to the kitchens, the public toilets, utility cupboards, access to other rooms and adjacent to the bar. Very noisy.
