Letchworth Garden City is full of character - from the 1920's Spirella Building (an old corset factory) to the quirky Letchworth Cloisters. While you're in town, browse for a bargain in Garden Square shopping centre, take the kids to meet their farmyard favorites at Standalone Farm or catch a flick at the art deco Broadway Cinema. Plus, if you fancy popping into the capital, you're just a train ride away from the bright lights of central London. Once you've explored to your heart's content, head back to our Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City hotel for dinner in Thyme restaurant and a great night's sleep in your ultra comfortable bed.

Didn't stay here but popped in for breakfast. The chap on the desk was very helpful and was happy to let me stay while my car was serviced. I took full advantage of the unlimited breakfast. Excellent value for the price I paid. So I will be back..

My disabled daughter stays at Premier Inn as the wheelchair accessible rooms are so spacious and well thought out, and bathrooms second to none for those who are less mobile. The team at Letchworth really do go the extra mile for their customers in every respect; they could not be more helpful from front of house, restaurant staff and housekeeping. The location of this hotel in Letchworth is second to none to access all the town's facilities easily, on foot. Would recommend for both leisure and corporate customers

After cycling from London, it was a relief to be greeted by Aileen, who was interested in my trip and reassured me I could store my (clean) bicycle in my room overnight - a brilliant thing Premier Inn seem to offer as standard (finding cycle friendly hotels is a challenge!). The room was clean and everything worked. I had breakfast there, but the staff seemed a little bewildered, possibly because of all the lockdown changes. Still, a comfortable stay.

Myself and my husband stayed last night and on entering we was greeted by the very helpful lady on the desk, everywhere is so covid safe felt totally safe and at ease. Our room was spotless and very cool which was amazing in this heat we are having at the moment on request we asked for extra pillows and was given them straight away, this hotel is so quite you wouldn't know there was other guests, we had a great nights sleep on there very comfy beds. We decided to have breakfast last minute and to be honest this was the best cooked breakfast we have had in any of the Premier Inns so well done to the lady who cooked our food and again to the lady of whom done table service was great also all in all a fab hotel

We always find that Premier Inns are great value for money, but this stay was even better than usual due to the exceptional service we received. We had 3 bicycles with us, so I telephoned ahead and the staff made sure that we had a ground floor room with plenty of space for the bikes. The Covid-19 restrictions must make life difficult for the staff, but as guests we hardly noticed any difference, apart from the routine and sensible precautions which are necessary. Overall a brilliant stay.

We stayed yesterday evening, the manager was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service.
Our room was exceptionally clean, no lime scale on bathroom taps or plug holes, cleaned to a very high standard.
Good size room, large tv compared to other similar hotels,
Bed comfortable & airconditioning in good working order.

I arrived at around 3pm but had to go back out to a job until 10pm. The lady on the desk said food stops at 9:30pm but she will cook something for me when I get back as I had a meal deal on my booking. I called later on to let them know that I would be later than expected. When I got back, I was served with a cold beer and a freshly made pizza although the restaurant was closed. Hayley and Paige, both very friendly and their service above and beyond what they have to do! Rooms were spotless and quiet with Aircon too! Would highly recommend to anyone on a personal or business stay! Thanks guys

Check in was a breeze and the duty manager made it a very pleasant experience. The facilities are clean and welcoming. Although this hotel does not have it's own car park, don't let that put you off. Plenty of street parking round the front and if you can't get a space no worries, there is a short stay car park round back. Just follow the signs. Cost is quite cheap and if you park after 18:00 it's free till 08:00.

I was a little shocked when booking 2 nights at how much more Saturday cost than Friday, but hay I booked.
My room was in the attic and had a tiny window at shoulder height that I could barely see through due to me being 174 cm. Then the room was warm, but windows secured so can’t be opened even a little to let some fresh air in, not ideal during covid. So I had to use aircon, again not ideal. But what bothers me is the Hotel didn’t service the room claiming “covid measures” well perhaps if I could open my window, they would be less at risk. But let’s be honest the reason it wasn’t cleaned was to maximise profit, I could accept this if they reduced my room charge but clearly they did not. Ok room was neat, but I really didn’t like the loft space as felt cramped in with a sloping celling. Yes I would use again, but only if needed. Oh and the price of breakfast!! 30 meters away is a Wetherspoons and you can get a hearty feed there for £5, half of what the hotel wanted.

Stayed here as a family of 4 to allow us to attend a family funeral nearby. When we turned up there was a little confusion over our booking and our request for inter-connected rooms had not been met.

The lady at reception went out of her way to change things around to facilitate this for us and it was resolved within moments with minimal fuss. We are really grateful for the effort she went to.

Good rooms, everything was super clean and in full working order. Covid precautions were clear and simple to follow and fellow guests were all seemingly adhering to them too.

Comfy bed, quiet air con and good black out curtains meant it was easy to get the room how we like it and get some sleep.

Parking isnt great in the town centre. All carparks are paid and you'll get a fine if you overstay in Morrisons. Most people drive over the bridge past the railway station then a couple of roads up where you can usually find a spot. Gives you maybe a 10 minute walk to the hotel
