We only stayed one night so this was fine, its in a great location with a carpark behind, though it is on the main road which is always busy. The rooms are ok for the price, the breakfast was good with plenty of coffee and the staff were all friendly and helpful, not sure I would want to stay longer but its fine on a budget. Lyndhurst itself its great and there are plenty of lovely walks nearby, we ate the at The Waterloo Arms just up the road which I would recommend.

Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided plates, cutlery and condiments after we arranged to bring back a takeaway rather than go to a local restaurant following a long day. Short walk to variety of restaurants and takeaways and short drive to Paulton's Theme Park. Free on-site parking and lovely breakfast with variety of choice. Would recommend 😊

Had a lovely stay, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well presented. My dog even got its own sausage for breakfast. Would definitely stay again. It is situated a stone thrown away from the town and the New Forest is easily accessible from here

Just stayed there for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Granted there are steep stairs, the room was very comfortable with every amenity provided for for a b and b. Located centrally and within easy walking distance to the town and the New Forest. Would definitely stay there again.
