Lovely setting but poor quality of food, including the scones, which were what we had cycling all morning to enjoy!!!The jam was also definitely not home made. We did however enjoy the chocolate cake!

The rudest place I've ever been too. Very strict rules on what you can and cannot order from the tearoom, any questioning or deviation results in extreme rudeness. All customers seemed to be treated with the same contempt including a poor lady who was refused bathroom directions unless she paid upfront! We didn't camp but the facilities looked very rundown and dirty. I gave this an extra star because the tea and choco cake was nice. Would avoid.

Very rude. If the place has a minimum charge and cash only policy, fair enough. If they want to not move with the times that’s down to them. It’s their place. But to treat potential customers like they do is shocking and rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ll never entertain going back. I will not be spoken to in that way. No wonder it did not have a single customer on bank holiday weekend.

Amazing place owner is so lovely and loves a laugh. Cream tea is amazing best I've ever had. The campsite is very basic but that's how it should be a real good camping feel. Definitely be returning. Amazing!!!!
