A friend and I spent two nights at Lyndhurst House for a break in the New Forest. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the high street. Nick was such a welcoming host and very generous with his time and knowledge. We stayed in the Pig Sty room which was wonderful. The room was immaculately decorated with every facility that one would need for a short break. The beds were very comfy with white crisp bedding. The bathroom had a very modern shower and soft fluffy towels. Toiletries were also provided. The small touches didn’t go unnoticed. There was a kettle provided along with a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. A big bottle of water along with biscuits too! If you’re looking for a break in the heart of The New Forest then look no further. Thanks Nick and Alison. We really enjoyed our stay.

Situated right in the heart of Lyndhurst . Close to restaurants and shops. An excellent location for a weekend stay . From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Nick and Alison. The rooms are decorated to a really high standard and the beds are really comfortable. The complimentary tray with an assortment of teas coffee and biscuits is a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice to suit all . We were celebrating a family birthday and couldn’t have felt more welcomed then we did . Thank you both for making our stay most pleasurable.

Brilliant B&B in the heart of Lyndhurst. Had a wonderful stay in very comfortable quirky room, great decor. Only downside traffic noise for me but not for hubby. Alison and Nick were great hosts, Nick is very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful. Breakfast was superb and loads of choice. Would defiantely stay here again. Julie & Michael
