Serena was fantastic with helping me print my documents that I needed, she spent around 20-30 mins assisting! Room was great, excellent value for money as a I was only staying the night for a business trip. Would definitely stay again and the staff all deserve a pay rise!

Paid the extra for upgraded room. Well worth it no noise at night great sleep and nice view out of the small window. Air conditioning/ heating worked very well and the rainfall shower was good. The coffee machine was just what was needed before heading for breakfast but would have been nice to know what coffee was what. A great stay very relaxing. Stay on level 10 it’s very quiet

Premier inn is normally our go to for an over night stay and the majority of the time it’s great. On our stay last Wednesday It was a very cold wet day/ evening and we were very disappointed to find that the temperature didn’t go above 18c even though we tried to put it up higher, so had a very cold restless sleep! It’s making us low doubt our future bookings with premier inn

Check in was long, only one party before us but still took ages. The self check in would not work, we booked 2 rooms and one on floor 7 other on 10! I was told that when rooms are allocated they are done in order of surname (mine begins with W) so I was last and had 2 rooms. Rooms was comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was chaotic to say the least, one woman seating people, clearing tables and checking in people. She was a star but needed extra staff. Food was cold and they were not replenishing it fast enough. We booked this location due to an event at Pier Eight and it was just an 11 min walk away. Discounted parking at the multi-storey next door, must get your ticket validated by reception though on check in.

My husband and I were supposed to stay overnight for a night away. Usually have a great experience with Premier Inn Hotels. But long and short - both rooms I was offered smelled terribly of damp /old wet football socks. I suspect as some point int he last few months there has been a massive leak. Nothing I could do could get rid of the smell. I was told there was nothing to be done , as they were completely full. I ended up staying at Holiday Inn around the corner - which was more expensive but worth it! Still waiting to claim on the ‘good night promise’ which is very difficult to navigate / figure out. Would defo not recommend!

Another great stay at this hotel, with a couple of slight niggles. We had a Premier Plus room on the 10th floor, very spacious, comfortable bed, very clean & great views. The hotel, like many others, has gone to only cleaning your room every 3 days, unless you request a clean before 12 midday. We did, it wasn’t, when I went to reception to complain I was told by one member of staff it was to late to do anything, fortunately another member of staff was on hand to save the day and provided us with clean towels, then later when I returned to our room more towels arrived plus more tea & coffee ! The breakfasts were good except for some unknown reason some of items on the menu were missing, first morning no fresh fruit or yoghurt, last morning no pastries or crumpets, perhaps they should manage there stock better as the hotel was busy. I like staying here, it’s quiet, handy for Salford Quays, close to the tram & a good selection of restaurants & bars. Oh & a car park next door !

Stayed for 2 nights , while visiting daughter in university , and also went on the coronation street tour which is a 5 min walk away . Nice place very peaceful which is what we wanted , room was on top floor with views over river , room was clean and breakfast was nice . Few restaurants only a few mins walk away , car park is next to hotel which is easy , but can be expensive, But you do half the price by getting hotel to stamp the ticket before you pay to get the discount , but in all staff friendly , clean , breakfast was nice and peaceful which is what we wanted
