We visit Hunstanton a couple of times a year..and have stopped here a few times..this time there were signs of improvements..room clean with no unpleasant smells..staff a lot more efficient..and friendly and helpful..Breakfast was excellent..will be backMore

I think the main problem was they had insufficent staff!! Staff were bobbing back and fro between reception and the bar. The position was lovely though.

Sadly there are no lifts but staff offered to carry luggage to our room which was on the first floor. From memory, there were two flights of stairs
