From arrival at reception guests are shown that they are truly at the heart of this business. No request is too difficult and staff add top quality service to their friendly welcome.

Every request is met with a smile and a can-do attitude. Nothing seems too much trouble and staff go out of their way to make guests feel like this is a home away from home.

Although the menu is limited the quality more than makes up for this. Good food at a reasonable price prepared promptly and with care!

Make sure you book the apartments which provides all the home comforts. The bathroom in my apartment was a treat with a large corner bath and lovely shower in a room that did not skimp on size.

Congratulations on a well-managed hotel that understands hospitality!

An everage hotel wich was clean and comfortable. The room needs a renovation. Staff must learn more about hospitality. We had to pay all the time as we ordered something and we couldn’t put anything on roomnumber. That doesn’t feel good. Breakfast was good but dinner and lunch was evarage. For 1 night alright.

Upon arrival, I was checked in. I was offered a family room for an upgrade fee of R300. I should note that the family room @ R1450 per night was next to a very busy main road and at 7:30 there were taxis hooting incessantly.

The plaster on the walls was cracking.

There was only a single coffee cup in a family room.

Staff were indifferent and not interested in dealing with a complaint. Couldn't care less.

Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive (R40 for a Hunter's Dry) and (R75 for a glass of wine).

Expected a much more professional experience based on the price.

If you are Deaf and are looking for a place to stay - go to ANEW EMALANLENI. The staffs really friendly and can make you understand when it comes to communication. Thats not all - they have even appointed a Deaf lady in their kitchen, preparing lovely meals. Go for it - you will never be mistaken.

Poor service I ever received. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. waited 1.12min because Agency didn't send the hotel voucher. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all, he just watches me standing, until I ask him what to do next. he was just cold. worse part his manager Tshepo that he reports to wasn't helpful.

We found the hotel staff lovely and friendly, the General Manager Sharleen went over and above board to help us. We had original booked into ANEW Highveld, but only on arrival found that it has no lift. As I have back problems I was unable to climb to the 3rd floor each time I wanted to leave my room. We contacted ANEW Witbank and Sharleen arrange for our booking to be transferred to her hotel which has a lift. The hotel is in a quite easy accessible location. The food is lovely especially the BBQ chicken pizza. We can’t thank Sharleen and her team enough.
