Dinner is a disaster, why are they not allowing guests to buy their own meals and claim from reception. There are no options at this hotel. Everyone is subjected to the same restaurant with food that does not taste well. The hotel need to improve on this. Even breakfast does not cater to different diets.
my stay was relatively fine, was assisted by the staff but would have liked it if we were afforded room service when it comes to dinner. the leaflets of what is offered by the restaurants should be available in the rooms. Otherwise everything else was okay.
I propose that, you improve by small frigdes in bthe rooms, micro wave, to match other facilities. Car pots / shelters prevent sun or rain on cars. This will enhance more people to return to your facility. Make sure that, promised reward are given. I have been supporting this brand, but rewards very smal
Lovely place to unwind hard business days and wake up with a fresh mind. The reception staff were warm and welcoming The food was nice both breakfast and dinner Everybody wants access to WiFi and trust me the hotel WiFi is always on its full strength. will surely revisit the hotel very soon....
I think you should have your own Kitchen where you can prepare lunch and dinner for your guest. Because staying with you and having a lunch /dinner out side the Hotel it's a No No more especially for the guests who are going to stay for more than three days..
It was very good and lovely. I really enjoyed staying at Stay easy.It is a nice place to stay.i love the place.the service that we receive it is so excellent.People working there are user friendly and they have good customer care.
A host of things went wrong on just about every day of my four day stay. From taking three attempts to get me an acceptable room, with even the third one having a broken floor tile in the bathroom, an inoperative basin plug and a cigarette burn on the carpet (amongst other issues) it was an unpleasant stay. I have stayed in comparable limited service hotels on business for 30+ years and I have done extensive work in the hospitality industry. For a branded property this was an absolute fail.

Met my expectations, Friendly staff and 24 hours access to the coffee machine, great service over breakfast and caring staff members. Only thing is to improve the leakage of water from the showers as you shower the water splits all over the floor( from all the three rooms that I slept in)
I was not happy about the room service. I was not able to do my ironing and the fact that I have to walk to the other side for dinner is not acceptable. Even if you order, you still have to walk across to fetch your order. There is actually no room service.
