Lovely little room with a great view. 4 poster bed added to feel. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff and nice location. Quaint and good value for money.
Would definately visit again in the summer. When you pull up it feels like a good old fashioned English residence. Has a certain cha

I stayed here a couple of nights ago with my dog. The whole experience was great. The hotel is old fashioned, friendly and very comfy. I had a lovely four poster bed and my room was very clean. I had a great steak for dinner, which I shared with my best friend, and a good sleep.

We must have driven past this hotel a hundred times and remarked upon its attractive appearance, so it was about time that we should actually stay there. The service was great throughout our stay - beginning with a friendly greeting at reception and being shown to the larger and

Are rooms en-suite
I think all rooms are en suite, we had a bath and a separate shower cubicle on one level (same level as bedroom) but the WC and whb were down a few steps, lovely spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water with lots of power considering we were upstairs at the furthest end of the building x

Hi, my wife and I are booked in for a stay on Saturday to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, could you tell me what time check in and check out is please. Many thanks Kal Allison
Check in is 15:00 although obviously if the room was available they may let you check in earlier. We stopped for one night and the Chef wanted it to be my last by serving me with raw Chicken in the Stroganoff. My wife had a Ceasar Salad, shame the Chef didn't know what Ceasar dressing was as it arrived with a 'dollop' of Mayonaise on the top and nothing else. Another Diner had ordered a burger for their child. The bun arrived - No Burger. We were invited back and to be fair the food was vastly improved, aparently the Chef had left the night before we went and the Junior Chef was trying to handle everything on his own and failed miserably. It is a lovely Hotel in a Great part of the Country so I really do hope the New Chef makes your visit a great one.
