The staff are very friendly but the hotel is looking a bit tired. Breakfast is from 8 till 10 we were told but at 9.50 it was all cleaned away.was told the bar was open till 8pm but was closed before 7pm.air condition in room only cooled to 20c ,so can be still hot at night time.room had a fridge but was in a cupboard so did not cool that well. Balcony had nice views of the bay but needed a clean. Beds are firm and would of had a good sleep if rooms were cooler but did find hairs in the sheets no mattress protectors. Bathroom could of done with a deep clean, grouting was very dirty. Sink and bath had mold.

Very comfortable hotel for a small price compraing to similar accomodations in Croatia or Greece, or even near St.Konstantin. Located a few km from Varna and Golden Sands, so there are no crowds, but restaurants and small businesses are there. In hotel- food is OK, thinking as a hotel AllInc food- very tasty. Alcohol is standard, not great but drinkable :-) Rooms cleaned every day but a bit quickly and not very detailed.. Vacuming could be better.. There is no cash Exchange in reception, wifi in Rooms slow but existing. For this price, we would definetely go there again Recommended fully!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed, 90% of staff are rude found maybe 3 that are friendly rest if you ask anything or any information it seems to much trouble, food very poor, drinks not well communicated what you can have on all inclusive, not a lot off information about days out available in English, normally there’s a book you can check for information but if your English nothing at all.(obviously that’s the tour company not the hotels fault) Entertainment is terrible specially for the English, pretty poor think I may have heard them speak English 4 times within our stay. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
