Booked without knowing the hotel was under renovation. Could barely recognize it as a hotel from the front. Our room on the 4th floor had been renovated but the heat/AC had never been hooked up and the cord was too short to reach the outlet....More

We booked a room to be near Wake Forest Campus. The WS Hotel and Spa is under construction. In fact, it looked closed upon arrival. The front entrance is blocked off with yellow security tape and the entire lobby area is fully a construction zone....More
