The first time was a short visit with friends then we returned for a family holiday in August 2019. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very helpful. Great facilities and a lovely room. You have to pay separately for the use of the safe and fridge but worth it. The food is ok but a little monotonous. We paid for half board but went out for a meal 3 nights out of the 7. It’s a lovely area, 5 minutes to the beach and promenade where there are some gorgeous restaurants. 15 minute walk will take you to the botanic gardens, well worth a visit! If you get the chance, book the catamaran boatrip, barbecue, music and dancing, the best boat trip we’ve been on! If eating out I’d recommend restaurant Leman, just a few mins walk from the hotel. I also love the tapas restaurant at the far end of the promenade (can’t remember the name) it’s quite pricey though... …
Booked a week during end of Oct for half term, a good price. Small hotel, clean and tidy, all staff were friendly and restaurant staff work especially hard and remain very upbeat! Room quite small with extra bed in room for child, had to get this made up on arrival but done quickly. Room had loads of storage/space and nice spacious shower room. Asked for a quiet room however was overlooking street which never seemed to sleep! Noisy dust carts 2am daily and loads of guests leaving/arriving from both this hotel and sister hotel which kept us awake, never stayed in a hotel where nights were so noisy although to be fair signs throughout reminding guests of keeping noise down. Did think quite a few sun loungers needed replacing as torn /holes, massage chair out of order along with 2 of the 3 lifts on one day. Also indoor pool could do with a face lift. Stayed FB and food was very good, especially breakfast choices. Lots to chose from and every meal, small restaurant and at times a little chaotic with queues to enter and front of house shouting out table for 2 or 3 and guests jumping queue to get it! But once seated fast service for drinks, food and drinks good choices & quality not far from beach and some good bars and shops and we enjoyed being out of Lloret itself and walking into town. Great hotel for price we paid.…
Brilliant hotel, food, service and hotel room.staff wete amazing and helpful, my daughter is in a wheelchair and the service she received was second to none.would recomnend hotes to anyone.will book up again for next year.
Great service, really enjoyed food they are serving for breakfast and dinner. Small, but cousy spa room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, polite and helpful staff members. If you are looking for a weekly stay this hotel is probably one of the best in Lloret De Mar city.
The hotel has two good size pools one outdoor and one inside and heated. It is concerning that one of the lifeguards that is supposed to be working around the pool is much more interested in having fun and not really paying attention, he spends most of his time playing the clown and not working. He just gossips and treats everything as a joke! I hope there will not be a accident because he was not watching my children around the pool area. The younger one is much better and made us feel both welcome and safe. The hotel is otherwise good with rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style with a good choice.
