Took my Mom on a trip so that she could try her luck at the casino & we stayed here on the 2nd floor. The place was clean, people very nice, rather disappointing continental breakfast/very skimpy, hot water but very low water pressure. The standard room fridge had no temp control on it & we couldn't even get a bottle of water to get cool, total joke! I had a small insulated grocery bag that I could put lots of ice in, so I had to make multiple trips to the ice machine in order to keep a 1/2 gal of milk cold, so if you have anything that needs to be kept cold, BYOC-bring your own cooler & the hallway wasn't cooled by an AC so I got heated from my ice trips. The wall mounted AC was a joke too. It woke us up every time it would cut on & off, no constant air. We spoke to the manager about it & was told it should work & that a maintenance person would take a look at it. We were told later, it was indeed broke, couldn't be fixed, had no other AC to replace it & no other room to move us so we had one more night, so we suffered through it. There's no reason to have to suffer through any of this. No, its not the most expensive or nicest place to stay while in the area but still, ya know?

We have stayed in nicer campgrounds! Entry handle to the room was upside down, so you had to put down luggage to open, smelly, stained carpets, extremely noisy air conditioning, warm fridge (had to get ice to chill insulin and sodas), no water pressure in bathroom, stained furniture, torn curtains, and lampshade led like it came from a crime scene! And to top it all off, the employees are RUDE! We are retired, and my veteran husband has problems walking. We arrived back from an evening at the casino, and there was construction equipment blocking parking spaces and the front desk said ‘Oh well, you can park at our adjoining property next door’! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY OF STAYING HERE!!

I have read some of the reviews and saw pictures posted. I don't know when they were posted, but I must say we had a great room. Newly remodeled with huge walk-in shower and very clean room. We were right by the pool and highway, but still very quiet. There were chairs outside of the rooms and we would just sit out there some nights as my husband is a smoker and the rooms are non-smoking. We plan on staying there again with our next visit. Room was very reasonably priced and we had a very good experience. We will be back.......

Everything is a little run down. They seem like they are trying to make improvements though. The biggest disappointment was the pool which is right beside the road. The first room we had was not cooling properly so they moved us. Better airflow in next room. Showers are roomy and everything w linens looked clean. Staff was helpful. The breakfast is not much at all. Danish, muffins, and fruit w milk coffee and juice. Which is perfect for snack or light breakfast. Stay in deluxe room. Those are the ones already renovated. Biggest disappointment was the pool. No one wants to swim near the road lol. Definitely would stay again considering price you pay. Just don’t expect pool to be nice.

My room was very clean except the night tables needed dusting. They leave the a/c on at 67 degrees for guest entering which was nice. The rates are reasonable. They will not prorate rates for checking in early a.m. but will offer late check out at 12noon. I had a very comfortable stay was at ease here. Highly recommend. You won’t regret staying here. Two Thumbs Up!
