I travel to the Montevarchi frequently, tried most local hotels and decided to try Delta despite being an architectural eyesore and being warned by a colleague who stayed there. The price was fair I thought at the time at around $65 per night for 2 including breakfast (the price is high given how poor the service is--please read on). Don't expect any help with your luggage from your car, to your room or when checking out. The check-in was quick in the dated and small lobby. The updated room we were given was tiny and not clean as there were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the table on the balcony as well as hairs in the shower. Our first breakfast was a horror show. We were told at check-in that the breakfast began at 7 am. We arrived at 7:15 giving the staff time to be fully ready. When we arrived the room was filled with nearly 60 visiting tourists staying the night. The owner of the hotel allowed them all to start breakfast well before 7 am. The food was all eaten and the beverages gone. The staff were non-existent. I went upstairs to complain. The owner who was the receptionist was astonished, came downstairs and YELLED at ME!!!! Yes! She eventually found the 2 temporary staffers hiding in the kitchen to come out and clear the tables and fill the food and beverages. Later the Owner apologized and agreed it was her fault. She was willing to let us cancel our reservation without penalty but where was I going to go at the last minute. Breakfast for the remainder of the week was adequate. The only other issue. MY DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN by the owner when she verified that the housekeepers cleaned my room.

On our way in Tuscany we stayed at this hotel. We walked around in the city to find a Place to eat but most was closed in this Ghost Town. Not a city to come back to! Our room was called a Juniorsuite but if was actually 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and one of them with a a toilet! We also had 2 very small balconies nothing to write home about! B-F was not the best we had and we also had to listen to Italian Radio during our B-GF. Parking was easy. A walk to the city was about 15 min and I promise no need to go there! We paid 140 Euro for our so called Juniorsuite, really to much in a city that have nothing to offer!

We picked this hotel because we wanted to go to the Space outlet (which is about 3 km away). There is parking behind the hotel, but not very many spots. A laundromat is right across the street which was very convenient. Staff is very friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the wifi connection is terrible, probably because we were at the end of the hallway. Once we walk towards the elevators, the wifi was terrific. Decent breakfast selection.

Great place for one night due to great price and good location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The front desk personnel could not have been more accommodating. I do suggest they put more light in the hallways since I needed to use my phone to find the key lock. All in all, I recommend this property.

Clean and modern rooms in small business hotel outside of Arezzo. Restaurant and breakfast area is in a basement without windows. Ok if you are only staying for a short time. Hotels for business not for holidays.
