This place has two divisions (one a bit cheaper and one a bit more expansive). We stated in a bit more expensive ("club..." something). I would recommend that for sure as it has a 24/7 launch for relaxing drinks (free): different natural tees and a very nice inside pool with slightly salty water. These were great places for the family to come together.
I would recommend buying the option that includes full meals in the hotel, as food is very good with a huge variety and "all you can eat", and you don't need to go out and search for the meal in very hot weather.
In fact, there is not much else to look for in that place beside the wonderful dead sea and relaxation.
Parking is free. We had a place to park but I know that this is not always a case and at times people have to park across the street and then re-park when space becomes available.
The beach is across the street (have to watch kinds to cross it) but it is a very short walk and it is about one car for 5 minutes' traffic. Also, the hotel that right on the beach we stated a few years ago was significantly worse (amenities, food and etc) and had no airconditioning in hallways.

The best feature of the hotel: no children under age 18. Wonderful place to relax. The lovely pool with Dead Sea water was truly relaxing. The breakfasts and dinner in the Club Spa dining room were quiet, pleasant and the service was gracious, especially Ruti, alert and doing a good job at keeping people happy. The couples massage was great, the two ladies very helpful and pleasant. We also very much enjoyed sitting in the lobby with people playing lovely music.
The down side: The use of plastic cups in the spa area and the lobbies. This is not appropriate anymore and seeing a waste basket full of plastic cups is quite upsetting. Small paper cups is the answer. Also, on Saturday night, we were sent to the Oasis dining room – in the basement – to eat a dinner which consisted of dry, recooked, and not always hot food. Very upsetting and I would have preferred cold – but fresh -- salads and other food rather than having to contend with the large tables full of nasty-looking leftovers.

In all 25 years of living in Israel, I came to the Oasis Hotel for the first time. Before that, every year I vacationed with my husband, relatives and friends in hotels: “David”, “Daniel” and others. Something was missing everywhere: silence, comfort, towels, or the food I didn’t really like. It was always interesting to walk past the blue visor entrance to the Oasis Hotel. I wanted to visit here.
And now the dream has come true.
From 05/12/2024 to 05/17/2024, my husband and friends and I rested in this wonderful hotel “Oasis”, in which, if there were minor shortcomings, they were skillfully corrected and brightened up by the evening manager Alena.
She was able to move in a matter of minutes from a room that did not have a safe to a room with improved conditions from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor.
Alena greeted us warmly all day, showed us and told us about the sights of the hotel.
I really liked the design of all the corners in and around the room. There are a lot of beautiful corners of nature, beautiful flowering trees and bushes, singing birds. Swimming in the pools, relaxing after swimming, I felt like I was in a botanical garden.
The maids on the 4th floor surprised us with their diligence; they cleaned very carefully every day and changed everything necessary. I am grateful to them for this.
The food in the restaurant was tasty and varied, the only request was to improve the baking of the cottage cheese casserole.
The evening concerts left a pleasant impression.
After a morning visit to the sea and an afternoon swim in the pools, relaxing while listening to the singing of invited singers was very calming.
I would like to write a lot of nice words to all the service staff and administration.
Instead of additional words of gratitude, I want to say: “See you at the Oasis next year!”

Tatiana K. from Ashkelon.

First of all, we’ve arrived at hotel and been told that the facilities are fully functioning by the staff, which was not the case. The towels were full of hair and we’ve asked several times to change them, in the end we went downstairs to get them ourselves. We have asked several times to clean our room and asked to change the sheets, which was ignored, even by the manager who promised to take of everything. (The sheets were never changed during those three days) Corona regulations are a recommendation there and the hotel room barely provides any necessities like qtips or a comb. When we complained to the manager about the overall experience and the average food, she said, “well, it’s a four star hotel, not five.” Also, at dinner, any “extras” like soda and juice is at an additional price. The pool is overcrowded with drunk people who smoke and drink inside the pool, note that the hotel staff didn’t do anything to take care of that case. The managers response was that “they cannot run after people and educate them.” Some of the staff doesn’t even know where the lobby is or the bar when asked and the hotel manager was really angry to hear our complaints and acted really defensively towards us and basically calling us liars by saying shell check the cameras wether the sheets were changed or not. The hotel manager said she cannot compensate us in any way, Blaming the fact that the reservation was done through booking.com. She offered us to come again for a “fun” day which includes only a free entrance to the pool and the facilities that are basically a gym. We weren’t the only one complaining, almost everyone at least on our floor were really angered and said that their weekend was ruined, as well as ours. The hotel is situated at the Dead Sea in the middle of a small hotel area, so any walk to the closest over priced store is 10 mins in the heat of 47 Celsius.

We only stayed one night at the Oasis and so have only little to say. Overall – mediocre hotel lacking character and charm.
Location: Good, across the beach, close to a mall with shops, eateries and cafes.
Check-in and check out: We had to wait pretty long (understaffed reception desk); no one helped to carry suitcases from/ to parking lot or to the room. No information was given to us concerning the amenities or the spa or the indoor pool (in fact, we did not know there was an indoor pool) or times of meals.
Wifi: Worked fine
Room: Clean, quite comfortable (but not luxurious or anything like that); with a desk and two chairs (no sofa or coffee table). Sea view, but only from the side (hotel has no rooms fully facing the sea). Coffee maker, fridge, safe, complimentary water bottle. TV apparently had no English-speaking channels. Room was for sure not inviting to spend time in.
Bathroom: a bit small, with shower (plenty of hot water), complimentary shower gel, shampoo and body milk. Toilet seat and bowl needed cleaning when we arrived.
We had the service room right next to ours (door was open) and it looked messy and dirty.
Breakfast: Buffet – plenty but nothing special; unfriendly server at the egg station who insisted we could have either omelet or shakshuka (poached eggs in tomato sauce with spices), but definitely not both; some hot dishes but not very tasty. Atmosphere reminds of a busy fast food place.
Dinner served only until around 9 pm (did not try it as we arrived at 8:30 pm).
On the plus side: We could leave our suitcases after checkout and were allowed to use the outdoor pool.
For 120 E/night, disappointing.

We stayed two nights as a family of 5. The reception area is nice, clean and breezy, and that's about it. The rest of the hotel must not have been renovated in 40 years.
The rooms were not very clean (one full trash bag left in one of our rooms), the bathrooms are small and unpleasant. The restaurant does not look very clean either (although this is better on Shabbat night) and I saw two guests helping themselves with their fingers to the buffet. On the first morning only one coffee machine worked (so long line), and none on our second morning.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, but you have to cross the main road, which makes it an unpleasant 5 minutes.
It was December, so too cold to swim outside, so the inside pool was packed: just taking a look at it we didn't want to go. The fitness room, on the other hand, was empty, possibly because unneeded heat was on.
We were sent to this hotel by a French travel agency, Les Maisons du Voyage, which we trusted to book charming hotels (we will never use them again); why anyone would choose to stay at the Oasis is beyond my comprehension.

The only thing good I can say is that staff was nice.
The facility is really outdated and dirty. Apart from the lobby area which looks inviting, the lobby carpets leading to rooms are filthy and so are the carpets in the room. Service rooms on the floor were just left open all the time and they were dirty and emergency exit was blocked with a towel bin (other reviews also mentioned this, so management seems to not care at all). The area below window next to elevator was full of trash. Floors in the lobby and around the spa area were always wet and nobody cleaned them. The bathroom was tiny. I tried the mud wrap, the room where I received the treatment had thin walls. I could hear everything outside and in adjacent rooms, it wasn’t relaxing at all.
Our stay was a total waste of money.

Room maintenance was poor
The room was very small, with a tiny window- we could hardly see the view.
Breakfast was very bad!
Most of the hotel’s facilities were closed due to the coronavirus.
Entering the Spa costs extra money.

Not going back. Sorry.

It was my third time in this hotel, but this time was the last.
I will start with Thursday night dinner which starts at 18:00 till 20:30 so we came in at 20:00 and the dinning room was a mess and we found that the food served on the buffet was cold left overs. The day after at dinner deserts were finished and no supply came out of the kitchen and same applies for the meat.
Rooms were dirty, bath tab was partly blocked, glasses were found with remains from previuos geusts (seeds of lemon). In general, although the first two times there were better, this time was terrible.

We checked into the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel on 18/03/2022. We were given keys to the room. He then chased us down asking what we were doing in that room as if we didn't belong there. Then, he called the room again asking nonsensical questions. I went back to the front desk, where I was treated as if we were different guests. I was given keys to a new room. Upon arriving at the new room we discovered that the clerk had sent hotel security to that room who blocked our entry thinking we were different guests AGAIN! At this point, The front desk clerk turns back up in the hall with the Security guard at the new room and started a screaming and yelling fight with us, telling us the confusion was not his fault. He drags us back to the front desk where he gave us new keys again to the original room. After enduring his unending insults and blame shifting, we decided not to stay at this hell hole of a hotel. When we attempted to check out, he front desk clerk refused a refund then claimed he was going to get a manager, who never showed up. He continues to argue with us and threw the room keys we handed back to him across reception. After all of this, it appeared that this clerk might have been drunk on duty. That is the only explanation I can come up with as to why he would have behaved this way.
As far as what we could see of the room, there was no balcony and the front desk informed us that in fact, no rooms in this hotel have a balcony at all. Just a tiny window that resembles something in a jail cell. I questioned the pictures that are published showing a patio of a room and he just shrugged his shoulders. The room was poorly appointed and did not appear to be cleaned well.

I received a call from the reception manager in the morning. I explained the situation to her. She offering a 15% refund. When I insisted on 100% as we didn't stay, she argued that we did in fact stay and as proof, she had the unmitigated gaul to claim that we even ate in the hotel restaurant. We checked in a 20:00, the restaurant closed at 20:30. In the time we had to deal with the front desk, it was already after 20:30 by the time we could have eaten, but the restaurant was now closed anyway. As we were leaving, I noticed that the kitchen staff was rolling food away through the lobby on kitchen carts.

I will NEVER stay at any Prima Hotel Properties in Israel. The Oasis Spa Club Hotel is unprofessional, unseasoned, and unable to provide any level of reasonable customer service. The hotel is in need of a serious refresh. They need to show photos of the property that accurately represent their hotel as opposed to the disingenuous depictions that they front for themselves.

Dear Yehoshua We are very sorry for your words and the way they were written. Unfortunately, since the hotel agrees to credit you with the entire cost of your stay you have chosen to do “shaming” for the hotel. We accept the fact that the hotel was not to your satisfaction. But you must understand and know that if you want to leave a hotel from “now to now” and especially after the room has already been used, you have to pay a cancellation fee. You were given a 50% cancellation fee at the hotel and unfortunately it did not satisfy you. We of course insist on a full charge Thankfully, most of the feedback on this site indicates the opposite of how you try to present the hotel Regards The hotel management

I am not sure about private solarium, because I didn't use it at all. I didn't see any guests with psoriasis in this hotel, so I guess this hotel is not very popular for psoriasis treatments. According to my knowledge, the popular hotel for psoriasis treatment at Dead Sea is Lot
