The resort is in the process of undergoing renovations so is noisy and invaded by workers. The reception staff are incompetent and disorganised. The reception area's beams had been painted with carbolineum which left a strong smell in the air. The rooms were dirty, no towels available, the bathrooms had no doors, no reading lights, just simply terrible. The pool was murky and had no place to lie in the sun and the water feature was dirty and broken.

We had a warm welcome. The restaurant and petrol garage is on site, which is great.
We had a nice warm shower. The garden is beautiful. The pool is lovely. Well kept. We had a nice time. Everybody was very helpful and on the go.

The rooms were dirty and have lot of Mosquitoes. The service from the receptionist was very bad she didn’t even give us password to the gate to enter we have to hoot and travel back to get a code from reception.

The place is dirty and depressing. They don't even have a mere shower cap. The white towels turned grey and guests are expected one towel as both hand towel and bathroom towel. The linen is very old and I could see through the sheets. The pillows cases were torn. The bathroom window had dust that showed to have gathered over months. The breakfast was terrible, it looked like leftovers. The bread looked like it was toasted few days ago and then steamed to make it look fresh.

You guys must be insane to make me review when I am still waiting for my refund. I did not even stay in your property the room was smelling like poop ,it was filled with water on the floor ,the pools were dirty the water was green even found a frog in on of the pools . There was no way I could stay in such place with my kids I asked to cancel on the spot however till today I have not get any communication regarding my refund ,you can’t tell me about the policy when you are the one at fault for false advertisement I have taken the pictures a video of the property condition upon my arrival I need my money

It is a lovely place especially for family or business trips . My family had a good and lovely time. This is a place I can recommend for family outings. My 1 year old baby also enjoyed the environment. Yhoo what a beautiful place 🤩🤩🤗

This place is amazing there us no noise, the place exceeded my expectations .The food us affordable and delicious . The staff members are friendly ,polite and very helpful .I had the best time experience with my boyfriend.
