My Boyfriend and I were exhausted from driving, just needed a shower and sleep so we stopped in... this place was disgusting. Wore shoes the entire time and sandals in the shower. Room was smelly, no trash can, fridge didn’t work, and the towels were also rancid. To top it off the couple in the next room screamed on top of their lungs the entire night, to the point of domestic violence. We alerted the manager and no action was taken, asked for a refund and nothing was granted, so we packed up and left.
We were a family of 6.We booked the family room which was comfortable with a fridge and microwave. It suited our purpose. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bathroom wasn't really good. That needed upkeep. The location of the motel is excellent and we would definitely recommend this place if you need to shop and eat.THANK YOU to the very helpful and efficient staff of Blue Falls Motel.
the staff was very nice, the building was in the process of being renovated. it looks old school on the outside, but the bathroom had just been replaced and the electronics were updated. beds were comfortable and room was clean. there was a pile of items outside of our from the renovations, but otherwise everything was pretty good. located nicely in between Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
Ok property. We were there the night the Rolling Stones were in town so got gouged on the price a bit. Was clean and the staff were pleasant. We were just passing through, so worked ok for our purposes.
THE WORST "motel" (if can be called motel) ever in my life. I know you get what you pay for, but this one is just unbelievable, I can't even imagine how much they should pay me to make me stay at this DIRTY STINKING place. DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO IT.
