It’s hard to word how incredible this hotel is!
Central location in Fira, close to everything. The view of the caldera from your own glass balcony is indescribable and is something experienced only once in a lifetime. Gorgeous to view day and night.
Stunning pool down low (quite a trek so don’t leave anything behind! - 2 elevators and 3 flights of stairs) but the view is stunning and well worth it. There’s a poolside bar with drinks and food, charged to your room. They offer the use of towels if needed.
Breakfast is served upstairs on the V Lounge terrace and the food was delicious, the nicest hotel breakfast I’ve ever tasted.
All staff throughout the hotel are so friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The rooms are lovely and modern with a spacious shower and plenty of sockets. The rooms are cleaned everyday if you so desire, we just phoned reception and asked for more towels. Free bottled water is provided daily and a free bottle of white wine was provided upon check in.
It can get a little bit noisy at nighttime and early morning - you can hear loud music or else general street noise but nothing some foam earplugs didn’t block out!
Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. Fantastic

This is my second time staying at Panorama Boutique Hotel. The Hotel is Perfectly located in Fira. It is literally near everything you need or want to be around, for example, shopping, restaurants, taxis, clubs, bars, buses, etc...Besides its location, Spiro at the reception area was helpful on every level. He was able to recommend fabulous restaurants, arranged for car service, made reservations for us. Every day we were there he came to work with a smile on his face and was willing to help us enjoy our vacation. We had two beautiful rooms next door to each other with spectacular views of the caldera. The rooms were spacious and had a nice seating area on the balcony. Whenever we needed anything, all we had to do was ask reception, and Spiro who was usually working made it happen. The breakfast was also fantastic with a beautiful view. Probably one of the best breakfast places in Santorini. Thank you for making our trip wonderful and memorable.

Visited the Panorama boutique hotel from 16 - 26th. June on a package with Jet2 . We arrived late , but were still met by a porter who carried our luggage from near our drop of point . This was very welcome as a lot of Fira has steep steps and slopes . Check in was easy and again the porter assisted us to our room 303 . The entrance to the hotel is on a pedestrian only street at floor 4 and all the rooms face the sea going down to floor 1. The room was small but clean and tidy , with a comfortable bed , bench seating a table and stool . There is limited hanging space for clothes in the wardrobe a couple of drawers and some shelves. The lower part of the wardrobe contains a refrigerator and safe. The bathroom is s good size with a nice powerful shower . There is a small balcony , from which you have a superb view across the caldera .It is an ideal spot to view the magnificent sunsets , as other vantage points get quite busy .
Breakfast is served in the V lounge which is on the top of the hotel and is reached by an external staircase . You can have continental breakfast or hot meals from the menu , they also serve a good selection of coffee , tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff here are excellent , all very friendly and look after you very well.
The pool is reached by taking the lift down to floor -1 then taking another lift to floor 0 . A passageway then takes you to a walkway where there is an entrance to the Panorama Suites . You then decend 3 flights of stairs through the hotel to the pool terrace . There is a small pool with a few sunbeds and chairs and tables . The pool bar is good and again the staff some of whom also work inthe V lounge are excellent .
The day we left we were able to retain our room until noon .The hotel has a shower room which we used before we left at 5pm.
In conclusion we had an absolutely wonderful time and the holiday was made extra special by the hotel experience . Ten days was longer than most guests seem to stay . In the room next to ours there were 4 different couples during our 10 day stay. Also Fira and this hotel if you intend to use the pool maybe challenging for those with mobility issues . We enjoyed it all and would recommend it highly .

Let's give this one a 4.5. Pluses: The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Ipapantis Walkway in 'downtown' Fira. The view from the room, and especially outside on your dizzyingly small balcony, is spectacular, in a word. You have the entire crater of Santorini at your fingertips. The staff is amazingly friendly, accommodating and helpful in all regards. Multiple shops and restaurants are literally steps away from the front of the hotel. Breakfast is included, but the buffet is somewhat skimpy. Opt for one of the breakfast menu selections...they're all delicious and they're all included.
Minuses: The rooms are very small (typical of the area I suppose, since the views are so spectacular and space is at a premium), and a little bit run down. They are clean though. It's noisy because you're right in the middle of town and the bars and discos go late into the wee hours. If you are acrophobic, you might have a problem. But you need to get over it, because the view is simply delicious. And you have to walk a short distance from cab/bus/car, because there are no motor vehicles allowed in the area (staff will come and cart your bags to and from the pickup/dropoff points). And the pool is very difficult to access.

Bottom line: It's a great, small property with wonderful views, great service and nice location. Just beware...Santorini on the whole requires some effort, but it yields great rewards.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Fira. Spectacular views of the sea from your room and the excellent restaurant at breakfast start your day in a perfect way. The staff were committed to ensuring our stay was memorable - from bringing our luggage from our drop off point near the hotel to taking it back for our departure. Flavia, the experienced manager at the front desk sets the standard for making us feel welcome and accommodating our requests throughout our stay! One tip - if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool (there are a lot of others things to do) you should request a lower floor suite. However, elevators make access to the pool very reasonable. You will never be disappointed if you stay here.

We stayed at Panorama Boutique hotel for 4 nights and I could not complement this hotel enough! It was a surprise for my boyfriends 30th birthday and we were welcomed by a bottle of Prosecco in the room with unbelievable views from our balcony. It’s simply a heaven on earth! The room was spotless clean, and also spotlessly cleaned every day! Not only we had our towels cleaned but also robes changed every day! Even we were given fresh slippers every day! This is a truly 5 star service! Reception staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was at the V lounge rooftop area and it was the best breakfast we ever had! Delicious food and coffees, fresh juices and breathtaking views! I wish I could already come back and we definitely will be back! The location of this hotel is great as it is in centre of Fira, everywhere is super close but also we’ve got the best views on the caldera! Definitely truly recommend ❤️

Absolutely amazing hotel with the best location in Fira! The view is breathtaking and the room was perfect. Breakfast at VLounge was great and it is highly recommended to also book a table to see the sunset, best cocktail bar in Fira! The pool area was perfect and not too crowded even though it was relatively small. The service from the staff was great and everyone were so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife visited the panorama boutique hotel from 16th June to 23rd.
Firstly the porter who carried our luggage up the hill was a human hulk, amazing man.
The panorama boutique looks small and quaint when you first see it from the outside, lots of white buildings, pink flowers and great views surround it.
We stayed in room 301 which was a long room with a jacuzzi bath overlooking what can only be described as a breathtaking view. Think crystal blue sea surrounded by white buildings. It really could be taken from a postcard.
The breakfast was served above on the rooftop terrace with even more breathtaking views and it conveniently became a beautiful cocktail bar at night.
People travel from everywhere to see the Santorini sunset but we had a perfect view from our own balcony.
The pool was a few levels down but well worth the 2 lift journeys and a few steps.
The owners of the hotel were welcoming, friendly and you wanted for nothing as were the amazing staff.
The food and drink were first class but we fell in love with the ice coffee.
If you’re going to Santorini, and why wouldn’t you, this is the hotel you must try and book first.
It really is first class and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.
We will be back

Great bed. Nice size room. The staff are super sweet and helpful. Location is great. The pool is wonderful with shade and sun beds and bar service. Only downside is parking, the closest lot is always full so I'd not recommend renting a car if staying here, it's not worth the hassle.

We went to Panaroma Boutique in November 2023. The views from this hotel are nothing short of incredible.

Pros: The team were absolutely fantastic, so helpful from check in, to advice on things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed breakfast, we enjoyed the choice of cold buffet and an option from the hot menu, as we were there a few days, we tried all, and they were consistent in quality, having breakfast in the Panaroma bar at the top of the hotel, was just amazing to be amongst the view. The family working there, were so lovely and happy to help at every opportunity. It is a little piece of magic.

Cons: We were located near the lift and on one evening there was a large group coming and going so it hot quite noisy. I think this maybe an issue in most places in Santorini due to the small proximity of properties. The other thing is not specific to the hotel but to be aware of, with the popularity of Santorini for cruise ships the population of the island increases significantly with each cruise ship. We went to get a coffee on arrival to the hotel and went to the bar, which was fairly busy with people, the team were absolutely brilliant at ensuring everyone got served and that safety of guests was considered with the number of people, however it was a busy introduction. As we travelled when the season was finishing we were very lucky to have some quiet time in Santorini.

Upon entering the Villa there is the living room with the kitchenette and family bathroom to the right. After the living area on the right side is a bedroom with door and queen bed. Behind the living room is an open plan bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bathroom. Following from the back of this room, upstairs is the master bedroom. There is no door at the top of the stairs and the room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Hi. I have not seen one but must admit I didn’t look for one. The hotel has 24/7 staff on site and I am pretty sure they would provide one for you. Most hotels do in my experience. Have a nice holiday.
