Disappointed. Pictures online looked great. Elevator and hall way stunk. Room was dark and dirty. Felt dirty most of my stay. Good thing I Had only booked one night as passing through because I would not have stayed any longer.

Room was not as expected. There was mold in the area from the A/C all over the window area. We couldn’t enjoy the city view as we couldn’t go near the window. We paid a good amount for the room but had a terrible experience and the cough we got from the mold is another thing that they gave us.

The room was fine, a little dusty over the headboards. The Safety is the issue, there were people who weren't staying at the hotel roaming the halls and lobby and the conference room downstairs, then passports were stole from the parking lot.

This hotel was booked for us by the organizers of the hockey tournament and the owner is probably the brother-in-law of the organizer because the place is a dump. It felt like a trip back in time. The place needs major TLC. pay a little bit more or avoid the hockey tournament

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Niagara Falls with my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon our late arrival, my 4-year-old daughter went straight to bed. It wasn't until I was about to sleep that I noticed the state of the linens on my bed. Shockingly, they were not only wrinkled but also visibly dirty, with hairs indicating that they had not been changed from the previous occupants. I immediately contacted the hotel management, who offered to replace the linens. However, given my daughter's sleep, I decided against disturbing her and ended up sharing her bed, unaware of the compromised conditions of her linens. The following morning, I expressed my concerns to the front desk during checkout. I was met with disappointment as the only compensation offered was the facilities fee. The explanation provided was that since I had booked through a third party, there was limited recourse for addressing the issue. Apart from the unclean linens, the overall condition of the room was unsatisfactory. The window glazing was so dirty that it hindered our ability to pull the curtain and have direct sunlight. This, coupled with the poor response from the hotel management and customer service, left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when staying with a young child. The lack of effective communication and resolution from the hotel management has significantly tarnished my perception of the Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls. I strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this establishment, as our experience fell far short of the expected standards.

I was there for a hockey tournament. The hotel did a great job of accommodating the wild kids and the parents. It was a relaxed atmosphere that was conducive to large, energetic groups like that. the service was friendly and thoughtful, I would stay there again for sure.

Very clean. Very accommodating. Close parking. ONLY downside was that it took 30 minutes of running the shower to get hot water in the shower on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice. Each room has its own thermostat. Id recommend it.

Booked room with booking.com. Called the day off to confirm reservation and was told by the Wyndham Garden on NY state side of Niagara Falls they did not have a reservation for me and to call the Canadian side. They also did not have a reservation. Neither location mentioned there was a 3rd Wyndham in the same area. Unable to contact booking.com. Stayed somewhere else only to find I was charged for a Room at Wyndham the next morning. That’s when we discovered the 3rd location. Stopped at the hotel explained what happened and they refused to refund the night. Never staying at Wyndham hotels again

We stayed 1 night as a family vacation trip. We found the bathroom unclean, with some used papers in the trash can, the sink's drain didn't work The underground parking lot is a mess, the space, a lot of water leaks. The elevator sounds bad. We told these to customer service, they just said " taking notes" The rooms was comfortable for us. Good location Comparing those facts vs price is not a balance
