My boyfriend and I stayed for a night last weekend. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a decent view of the Canadian skyline. We were on the 6th floor so it took awhile for the water to get hot and the walls were thin as we could hear our neighbors but overall it was a decent stay. It would also be nice if the hotel supplied lotion in the rooms. Usually hotels do. We liked that hotel was within walking distance to the state park and observation tower. Also you must pay for parking.

My wife and I wanted to visit Niagara Falls and we saw a Groupon. The hotel was really clean the staff was very nice. We do plan on staying here again in the future. We want to visit in the summer time so we can do more but it’s totally worth the winter trip

It was very nice and clean. Service was great would recommend another night. The view was nice you could see a bit of Falls view casino. The room was pretty big bed felt great just a wonderful stay and nice to getaway.

This staff is hands down the best in the business. The GM Wendy and the entire front desk are wonderfully attentive and accommodating. The best Wyndham experience I have ever had! 10/10 will stay here again!

Staff friendly, rooms clean. Comfortable beds.. Parking lot not large enough for amount of rooms. Arrived on a Friday and waited until Sunday ( after weekend people checked out) to use our vehicle. Probably would have lost a spot and would have to pay a parking garage and walk to get there. Shower water was lukewarm at best, despite running it for several minutes. Didn’t like the wall unit housing mini refrigerator and microwave blocking halve the window view, poor design.
