The property seemed to be more luxurious in their website. Don’t get scam! I have stayed in hotels in many parts of the world before, and by far this hotel ranks one of the worst I have ever stayed and experienced. Front desk is very unprofessional, they all look miserable working there. We got to our room and we noticed a strong odor of cigarettes. It seemed that the people before us, smoked and supposably we got a non smoking room. RIGHT! The rooms are not very pleasant. They are dark, muggy, OLD and not updated. I called to have us moved and the lady gave us a room just one floor above. This room was a bit better. Make sure to bring your own water and utensils. Avoid calling room service at this hotel, you will be saving a couple of bucks! $12 for a bottle of water and $6 for just ONE set of plastic utensils. I thought I was in Paris for a second. Service overall was execrable. We went to get lunch at the Three Sisters cafe. The whole experience was terrible. Food wasn’t good AT ALL. (Wendys offers better tasting salads than this restaurant) super pricey and not of high quality food. They are really good restaurants around the area. I will never come back to this property. Unpleasant staff, third rate restaurant, rooms and service. I have never been excited to come back home from a vacation before. The only good thing about the property is the view.

My husband rented a corner Jacuzzi suite for us for my birthday and we had no problems like usual when we book with Seneca niagara. But we decided to stay a little longer after our check out time and downgraded our room and when we went to go check in we found out that the room was double booked with another person also. We are very upset about the situation because we usually get complimentary rooms so we cant complain but this was unacceptable especially because the supervisor never called us to handle the mishap. Other than this they are clean and a very nice resort.

They said we couldn’t have a room because we came from a red state. That we would get our it was because of the virusmoney back. So far we never got our money. What are you going to do about it. Thank you.

My wife and I were able to enter hotel and check-in using my NY driver's license and my wife's IDNYC as proof of age and residency. However, on the 3rd night hotel staff would not my wife into the hotel, because ID was expired by 3 or 4 weeks. While I was trying to explain it didn't make sense for the hotel staff to not let us back into our room, since they allowed us to check-in and go in and out multiple times in first 2 days, they then threatened to throw us out of hotel for not collaborating. Never been treated like that in a hotel I was paying to stay. Stay away if you are looking for a pleasant hotel stay.

Great stay! Nice chill romantic weekend during the Covid pandemic. We stayed in the corner jacuzzi suite. Pics do no justice beings tho they are screenshots from a video. The room and view was beautiful and romantic. The hotel itself was very clean. The didn’t allow smoking so it didn’t have that stale smell. The staff was friendly. They checked your temp EVERYTIME you came in. The restaurant three sisters was opened all night. Good food. Loved their Buffalo wings and fries
