This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Our suite (1402) was spacious with spectacular views of the Niagara River. The hotel also offered free parking and breakfast delivered to our suite daily. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the falls as it is literally in walking distance and we are certainly planning to return and stay here in the future. A big thank you to Glenda!! She was so instrumental in securing our stay. Glenda is detail oriented and an asset to The Giacomo team. She was very patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and she ensured our stay was amazing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is the first hotel review I’ve given on trip advisor. I had expected a clean, up to date room for $300 plus for two nights. Our room smelled like cigarettes and we had to have an ionizer placed while we were out to clean the air. The front desk staff want cognizant of what restaurants were closed due to the pandemic, so we were unsuccessful in locating a restaurant to go try on our second night and wound up eating pizza which took and hour and a half to be delivered. Room fixtures were very worn and in need to update. Promised bathrobes were not in the room so we had to ask. We were looking forward to an in state weekend get away, but we would’ve been better off staying home.

First let me start off by saying this was me and my fiancé‘s first Valentines together as a couple we wanted it to be very special the pictures make you believe that your room is gonna be so magical first thing I noticed customer service was mediocre we paid $419 we were told we were getting a whirlpool tub that wasn’t the case the wallpaper was chipping the stones over the fireplace were broken off the knob to turn the light on was broken the window did not shut we had to prop a pillow in the back of the TV to get service this was the worst experience ever and on top of that I just wanted to take a hot shower go to sleep so we can get some The next day the water was lukewarm so I basically waited to get home to take a shower then the complementary breakfast look like a school lunch worst experience ever I do not advise any want to pay three something for this room and on top of that we order the sweetheart package it was a nasty bottle of great western why for chocolate balls and a couple of roses on the top of the headboard over the bed and on the footstool in the sitting area when I tell you that extra $90 do not waste your money in the morning when I complain to Doug he did handle a lot of our issues and he did refund us $125 back I do not remember the African-American lady That checked us in but she was so rude when I complained about the room she told us we could leave I thought that was so unprofessional we live nowhere near Niagara Falls we drove all the way out there just to enjoy our first Valentine’s Day being engaged worst experience

A beautiful place to stay on the US side. The building is beautiful inside and out. I loved the glamorous decor. The only reason I would not give this a 5 star is because of the current food situation due to covid. They serve breakfast to your room which is great however, only 1 choice of a hot meal a day. We were excited to get French toast and it was in fact eggs and biscuits that showed up. I guess the menu we had was for the day prior. There was also an odd paper that went out saying after 45 mins the electric shuts off in the room unless someone is moving in the room. I was nervous my phone would not charge and the air would go off when we slept but this was not the case. It did note if u have emergency need for outlets to let the front desk know. I would make sure to know the area before going out around the hotel. My husband made the mistake of going to 711 in the early morning (due to the whole breakfast screw up) and was greeted by many homeless people in the area. Bed comfortable, staff friendly, no cleaning service in the rooms due to covid (which we didn’t mind) and walking distance to most of the sites. There’s a top floor that “overlooks the falls” however it’s a far view so get your binoculars out and don’t have too high of expectations for that. Make dinner/ lunch plans at the red coach Inn and get some wings from anchor bar ;)

Great customer service all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful when needed. Very clean and spacious room. Also PET FRIENDLY !!! Our bulldog was extremely happy as he slept in front of the beautiful fireplace. And a huge thank you for the staff, I forgot my pants in the closet as they got wet during our cruise and they packaged it up and mailed it to me. A MUST TRY !!!
