This hotel was awesome! The hotel is well taken care of! The staff are very nice! The rooms were taken care of very nicely considering the COVID-19 pandemic! I felt completely safe for my son and I staying there! The breakfast was subpar due to the limitations of the pandemic! But coffee was good and bottles of water were available during breakfast time! Will stay here again!

If you want to be able to hear every single noise your neighbors make, then this is the place for you! The walls are literally paper thin. We could hear the people breathing in the rooms next to us. The best part is that the ceilings are also paper thin. So, the slightest footsteps above us sounded like giants stomping overhead. The bathrooms were also not properly cleaned as we found so many hairs all over the shower and floors upon check in. Also, make sure you are reserving the correct Comfort Inn. There are 2 in the area and this one is 10 minutes from the falls.

A terrific location as it abuts Niagara Falls State Park. I don't understand the reviews about road noise, as there was none for our stay on Thursday and Friday nights. Nice rooms, good water pressure, firm beds and clean room. They could do a much better job with the "buffet" breakfast- yogurt, coffee, muffins and donuts are insufficient. That being said, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in a King Suite and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and very nice. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was hot and had a great selection. I think the only complaint I have is that the place is not very sound proof. We heard the people on the floor above stomping around, heard a dog bark and kids yelling. Of course you can't help what other people do so all in all it was a very nice experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
