Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were quick to address any issues we had, provide anything we needed, and offered great advice and suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We were very pleased with our stay.
We stayed here during the Corona virus and had to book the hotel in a hurry as we couldn’t get to our original booking which was in Niagra Canada, the staff were very helpful, which we found very lacking as we went on, the beds were very comfortable and rooms great.
The overall cleanliness of the entire facility was excellent, however the shower in our room could stand a bit of repair. (Some loose tiles and a little bit of moldy grout). Certainly not terrible, just the only thing I can say could be improved.
I was very disappointed in our stay. We traveled with our family is two adjoining rooms. Both rooms were very cold, in fact in one of the rooms the hester didn't work until the middle of the night. The bathroom was dirty. The bathroom door was broken and the lock didn't work.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of space in the room and a great breakfast. It is a short walk to the Niagara Falls State Park which was especially good because it was very cold and snowy when we stayed there. It is pet friendly which was also great for us because it was the first time we had traveled since acquiring our new pup.
