I wish I saw these reviews before bringing my children here. The location is convenient, however there's VERY limited parking, to which you are then sent about 2 blocks down the road, to a sketchy, disgusting parking garage. There are no signs to the hotel from the garage. Eventually ended up walking 2 blocks back to the hotel - outdoors, with all of our bags. Hotel is very dated. Don't be fooled by the Papa John's.... there's also a random bar and both are open to the street for anyone to access. The pool is way smaller than the pictures. The room keys are wonky... difficult to enter, then the door doesn't latch well. Rooms smelled like urine or someone snuck in a pet. Room is filthy. I have not even decided if I want to shower here. Im truly embarrassed... I wanted to bring my daughter and her friend here on a whim and this is not what I expected for spending $140. There's a much nicer hotel option across the street. I unfortunately arrived within 15 mins of an event and didn't want to switch hotels at 10pm when I came back. I will never return here.

I rented a double queen bed suite for2 nights. This hotel is old and has not been updated in many years. The hot tub in the room was damaged with buttons that were broken. it worked but it was old and abused. One chair looked like someone ejaculated on it. The couch had stains on it and looked like something that you would find on the side of the road. The window leaked all over the sill area when it rained at 6 am . I planned on sleeping in that morning but was woken up by water dripping noises ! The staff was very nice and they tried their best to keep the place clean but I would stay away from this place. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the first and last time I stayed at a quality inn hotel. STAY AWAY FROM QUALITY INN HOTELS!

We had booked a suite and walked in to a room the size of my dinning room. So I figured it was just another rip off hotel. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The lady I checked in with was nice, the lady I checked out with was very passive. The handle for the shower was falling apart, every lap had a loose the room was borderline a safety hazards. There was dust behind everything. The parking lot was a safety hazard, I almost fell four times walking to the door and I parked only five meters from the door. The description said my room had a city view, no I had a view of the build across the road. The "complimentary" breakfast looked like it sat there for at minimum a week prior. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone ever.

very small studio with small tv awful pillows and worst shower ever Villas are older built. Floors are squeaky. Its very hard to walk in the floor, especially in the quite times. Floor generates noises that pass on to the neighbours Beds are like sleeping on concrete Really unpleasant smell in the rooms/barrooms,made it hard to stay inside. The bed was not the most comfortable. Very expensive for a 1 night stay , would not recommend

We stayed at Quality Hotel for two nights on our visit to Niagara Falls. My observation is that the Niagara Falls area is an old area made up of older hotel buildings. None of the hotels in the vicinity of Niagara Falls will wow you from the outside. The rooms and inside seemed rather dated but were very clean. We were looking for nothing more than a room that was clean and near the Falls/park. In that regard we were not disappointed. The only complaint was that the nightstand light on one side of our king bed was not plugged in and there was no nearby outlet to plug it into. We brought this to the attention of the front desk but it was never resolved. The front desk staff who we dealt with was very friendly. The Hotel is just a few blocks fro the Niagara Falls State Park in one direction the the Casino in another direction. At the time we stayed the rate was chep and the hotel was convenient to what we wanted to do.
