We had two rooms for three nights at this hotel. Andriana was very friendly and extremely helpful at check-in. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced as well. We have stayed at other Econo Lodges and the rooms were very bare minimum and the service was sub-par. Our room was better than expected, upgraded and comfortable with a table and chairs, microwave and refrigerator too. Even though it was too cold to use the pool, the pool area looked very nice and there was a nice play area for kids to enjoy. Having first floor rooms and parking right outside your door was a great bonus. Continental breakfast was not available due to COVID-19, but the tried to accommodate with some water and some granola bars to go. The also will provide you with a bus pass to take you downtown at no charge which is a nice perk, so you do not have to drive a find parking. Our housekeeper made up our room each day and did a fabulous job too. Great place to stay!…
My wife and I booked a suite at this Econolodge. Photos of the suite pictured on the website and pictures of the room we got are attached. The website showed a a nice room with a pillared jacuzzi. What we got was a jacuzzi room nowhere what was pictured on the site. There was a small dresser/tv stand. There was no other dresser, no closet, and no hooks in the room to hang clothes. The WIFi would only work sitting on 1 end of the room. On the positive side the room was clean. We could hear people in the room on second floor above us walking around. We would not recommend booking a jacuzzi suite.
I recently gave ok review recently but lioke to modify based on further stay 1)Lights keeps turning off every 10min. bathroom light turns off when showering and whole bathroom is dark. Complained to Mgr, they say, it is that way, to save electric bill for the hotel..go figure that answer 2)Internet wifi turns off every 10 min alos. it keeps disconnecting all work connections i have on my laptop. Again front desk calls mainrenace and that guy says it is to save power 3)No breakfast, tho they advertise bag breakfast 4)The people at front desk are good, but the management is the issue i am thinking, setting uop the systems this way. 5)room light also turns off evey 10 min nd u r in the dark room. u have to go turn it on. 5) I would think before booking here due to above reasons. What i find horrible is the maintenance guy Does NOT know how to disable this, so custiners suffer. Buyer beware before booking.…
I attempted to stay at this hotel it was cold in the room the heat to so long to get warm. so I asked to be moved o got immediate disrespect the front desk staff said that they were not going to keep moving me but I just asked ?after arguing with him his name was aalkha I gave the name if any hotel might want to hire him anyways I just decided to move downstairs I had a 2yr old and it was very cold and late so I said just move me then he said just leave ! Just leave ? What so I called corporate to make a complaint came down to check out caught him on the phone lying then he charged me twice I left called back later to speak with the general manager about my charges the same person was on the phone telling me a coworker of his worked with me before and I'm no longer welcomed to the property now mind you I've stayed at this hotel 1000 times never had o been so disappointed I'm my life…
Only stayed for two nights... It was good enough for that short time it’s a good location the staff at the desk are great the cleaning staff should clean under beds if you don’t have to look then I strongly recommend you DO NOT.... The included breakfast always was missing something (cream ch. batter for waffles) but good enough to grab and go. Like I said good enough for a weekend and reasonably priced..
